  • On this episode of Proper Madness, Phil is originally from south London. Diagnosed recently as suffering with PTSD and anxiety. Doing his best to accept himself as well as learn what helps him. If there's one piece of advice he can give, it would be learning mindfulness, not just for yourself but for those around you.
In this episode Phil and I discuss his journey with his discovery of how he cultivated his own self awareness within his mental health journey. We touch on how creative mediums around us assist us in expressing our emotions, the difficulties of being an empath while struggling with your own mental sanity, a philosophical outlook on how we live and see ourselves, the why behind coping mechanisms we have. I even dive into my turning point in my own life that motivated to get help for my depression.
