Loved the basement, Loved the lake. The Backyard is Nice. In the Basement I would put in a dance area. I don't drink, but I have Friends and Relatives that would Love that area. Good Job Frederick my adopted TH-cam Grandson 😅😅😅😅😅❤Grandma Teresa
I live up north in Ohio, and this is the type of complete home that I would relocate for. Well kept, and the basement is a gem, and the backyard is an absolute bullseye
Thank You very much for featuring such fabulous homes.❤ For sure, the basement will close this deal. As always, I look for where a home theater would work. 😊 This home is incredible.🎉
😭 Jesus take the wheel. The lake is the highlight for me, also in addition the brick home, the deck and finished basement. The asking price is remarkable. I think Mc Donough will be the city for me so hopefully when I'm ready there will be a lake home available. Currently in Mississippi and will not be able to tour Georgia before I return to California, however definitely will save this home to my email for future references.
The gray paint color on most of the walls throughout the house is very nice since it's so neutral for any style. Yes!!! I don't care for plastic shower walls. It makes the house look cheap. If it's an extra bedroom, for guests, guess it doesn't matter as much.
I wonder if there's hardwood flooring under all that carpeting?? Being from Massachusetts, it's very common to install wall to wall carpeting in bedrooms over the hardwood flooring to keep the rooms warmer in the winter.
I will say this, I was not really impressed with the house initially. I think the upstairs needs renovation the kitchen is horrible,, too much wood railings, carpets need to go and the wood floors need to be stained in a darker color. However, the basement is 🔥 🔥. The entire house should look like the basement with the darker floors, gray paint and the dark cabinets in the bar and kitchen. The killer thing is the basement has a lot of windows. It does not feel like a basement at all. Then with the 2 bedroom apartment that can be used for extra income. Overall this is a nice property. The basement/ 2 bedroom.apartment makes this house worth buying. Its a good deal at 678k. Someone will grab this house quick!
I can't imagine what it costs to keep this place running on a monthly basis between electricity and basic upkeep. Personally I don't care how wealthy I am, I'd never need a home any bigger than 3500sq ft, especially being a single man.
The only thing I don't care for is the kitchen. It's not ugly at all, but there's too much wood going on between the floor and cabinets. A simple fix would be to paint the kitchen cabinets to give it more life.
@@peggyoneal325HOA= Homeowners Association It can be good or it can be a nightmare. There are rules that the HOA will establish. They’re supposed to ensure that all homes and yards within the community are up kept and therefore keep home values up. The HOA fee is the cost to maintain the common areas of the community such as entrance landscaping, pool, tennis courts, etc. The total annual costs of these expenses are split between all of the homes. One negative is that you have to get approval from the HOA Board if you want to make any alterations or additions to your home or property. Things like painting a different color, installing a fence, adding a swing set or shed. Eventually, the HOA Board will be composed of fellow homeowners within the community. If it’s a new build, the builder/developer is the Board. Sometimes that power gets to them. I’ve heard horror stories or people nitpicking everything and issuing citations.

The coffered ceiling in the dining room makes the home look luxurious.

Beautiful home, but i would never , ever buy a home that has a HOA.
If anyone doesn’t mind me asking, because I truly don’t know, may I politely ask, what is HOA? And what does it signify?
Thanks In advance….
