Concur. I returned the one I bought. It took a lot of effort and lubricant to get the left side to side in. More importantly, mine would not stay down for loading. If you let go, it went right back up. It click as stated when pulled down. Setting the so called safety levels did nothing. It was like they were not there! Not being usable, I returned the system.
