In todays Retrobat setup guide, I am going to show you how to setup the amazing Nintendo 64/N64 via Retroarch which emulates classic N64 games and can render them up to 4k resolution. I am also going to go through some settings as well as provide advice on which video settings you might be best suited with using. Please do not ask for any files or where to get games.

Loving your work one thing I found through some messing around is the mupen 64 core seems work fine if you set thaspect ratio to 16/9 mine would not boot when set to full.

Can i use a N64 controller adapter from Mayflash with Retrobat to play N64 games? And what about Gamecube too? great vid BTW
i dont want to use project64 because its not supported by retro achievements.

Never got into consoles until emulation, guess I couldn't stand Mario or Sonic (still can't) but some of the games are damn good fun if you want to kill time.
And sorry, but antialias is anti-aye-lee-us-ing not anti-ah-lies-ing :)
PS. You played with Retrobat v6 beta yet?
Weird issue here! When I put video to auto it defaults to my tv resolution 3840X2160 to take up full screen. It’s somehow unplayable and crawls at like 1 frame. When I put it to any lower resolution it play perfectly fine but doesn’t fill up the screen. How can I have the emulator take up the whole screen? Playing on a lg oled 4k

@pdiscool the resolution that you want. 1920x1080

@@JustJamie1983 so there’s so many areas where you can change the resolution lol
From the initial screen I set video to 4k and it went back to full screen without the slow down. Then I went in to internal resolution and changed it to 4k :)

You should be able to. Just remember. Retroarch is laid out very differently.
