Some games run full screen and some don't. For example, God of War runs in 16:9 for me but not in full screen. The Game ist sorrounded by black Screen. I have the same settings as you. FYI I'm playing on a 4k monitor if that helps. Please Help me 😵💫
No matter what I do with RetroBat, I have very high input lag in pcsx2. Standalone pcsx2 doesn't have this and I have no idea what's going on. All settings are default, native resolution.
Very nice tutorial thank you. Just a quick question regarding pcsx2,is the version of pcsx2 that retrobat downloads the latest nightly or is it the older stable version. Ideally the latest nightly would be the best since its updatable.
I have an issue with pcsx2 v2.1.93 it keeps showing messages at the beginning of running games, and saving etc, even though i have switched off show messages, in pcsx2 and in retrobat switch off notifications setting. Was fine on versions below 2.0.
how can i fix my controller not working, please help! they work when i run my game through the emulator application but when i try through retrobat my controls never work. any idea?
@JustJamie1983 that might be what it was asking me to do and I thought there was a problem. At the same time my controls were messed up so I was focusing on that. Lol

Thank you for this video. Can you help me as the issue i am having is the pcsx2 works absolutely fine when not playing through retrobat and the switch also works fine but when i insert them into retrobat everything runs super slow. Can you please tell me what settings i need to adjust. Thank you
Hey Man, its in main menu, when you spin The Wheel Snes has a Mario video The next season Only an empty space in a wallpaper in Black , no vídeo Only when you spin and choose Snes. I saw some themes that IS possible but i cant find The location. Did you understand now? Because i can understand what you write but i cant write The things precisely
I was just watching the video & playing around with everything suggested. Hopefully I can get a little improvement in the looks. Gameplay wise it’s great.
@@JustJamie1983 I figured out my issue. It’s odd because my graphics card is an old one, but runs many things that you’d think would be a bigger strain than this, but my problem lies with not being able to use Vulkan or Opengl, they both slow it down immensely no matter what I’ve tried. I have to run it with the software, which looks bad compared to the others, but runs at full speed. I’m in the market for a new graphics card, but it may be a few months.
So does anyone know how to get rid of "ghosting" on some games like God Of War? I can get rid of it if I set the resolution to "PS2 Native" but who wants to play a game like that lol? BTW, my laptop is an Intel i5 6 core with the 1650 GTX gpu. I know it's not the most powerful but it does a really good job with most PS2 games.

It is the nighly version that I am using.

How do you set up saving for ps2? I was playing a splintercell and couldnt save the game.

@gamesblackpanda sure. No probs. Just play the game as you usually would and format memory card etc if it asks you to.

@Hell9139 you need to edit the game file so screen scraper database can read it and download artwork etc for it.
I need help making ps2 games look better. I see people online with nascar games in this that look great. Mine look like @$$😂😂
Mainly under advanced settings - internal resolution and anti-aliasing mainly.

There should be an option in the video settings to take this away.
