    If you add rear speakers make sure to turn off the voice amplifier on the soundbar

      I think the 600 has better sound for movies with their Dolby atmos and their true space like for 5.1 sound for home theatre. I think if your looking you should get this 600. I currently have the Bose tv speaker with Bose sub 500 module. And I will upgrade to this 600 at Christmas

      Honestly, I didn’t like the design or the sound of the 600. I tried playing music,
      Movies, games at the store and I didn’t like it. If you can afford go for the 900 otherwise the 300 should be fine. Not saying it sounds bad, but the top speakers to me don’t make a huge difference.

      I have today got the 600 bose soundbar and it’s much better than my Bose tv speaker tht I had before. This 600 with the bass module is 9/10 imo. Also I think the sound will improve a lot once I add the Surround sound speakers from Bose.

    • @PickemMMA
      @PickemMMA ปีที่แล้ว

      @@JavierGarcia-hd7xm it doesn’t really make sense to chose the 300 over the 600 since they are very close in price. The 300 is on sale for like 500-550$ cad right now where the 600 is 609$ cad so I wud always chose the 600 with Dolby atmos and many more features

      @@GOLFADDICT65 yes that would be even better, i added the omnijewels 700s for surround sound and the sound is incredible. For me the one 500 module is fine but i have my setup in my studio but if yu have it in a big living room, i wud say adding two of them would be incredible. U should also add the surround speakers. Hi, does someone know how to connect using bass output some active subwoofer different brand? I have SVS SB-1000Pro and even on the SVS web they said it is working only need a 3.5mm jack to RCA adapter and then sub cable...but it's not. I checked cables, connect it to the smartphone and sub is working but from Bose not, it seems like there is no signal at this Bass output, how to enable it?

  • @PickemMMA

    I picked up a LG C1 Tv for sports and movies this year and I wasn’t happy with the sound so I picked up a Bose TV speaker and it really did improve the sound but I wasn’t satisfied with bass so I picked up the Bose Sub 500 module and it improves the movies and sports and music sound a lot. I was very impressed but I always wanted Dolby atmos. I saw this being released in Canada and was going to get this but I decided to get the subwoofer first which cost around the same as this soundbar. But now for Christmas I will pick up this 600 soundbar I hope it will improve my experience by a lot. Thanks for your review

    I’ve just bought one of these. I had an old Yamaha YST-SW205 sub left over from a previous set up. I connected it to the Bose via its base output using a 3.5mm Jack to RCA cable. The sound output is astounding. What I don’t like is both the HDMI and power inputs are angled towards each other on the rear of the unit with the base output in between. Which means the cables cross each other when connected. It’s the most needless and stupid design I’ve ever seen.

    I have this thing. Set-up is ridiculously complex, requiring downloading an app to your phone, creating an account, so you have to give away your email address, then praying your app recognizes your sound bar utilizing Bluetooth and your WiFi (this magical occurrance alone took hours). What could go wrong? And all for sound that’s not a big improvement over what your TV already has. If it was a fish, I’d throw it back.

    Even with content from disney+ and amazon.
    These object based dolby atmos soundbar are trash.
    I had to revert back to my superior sounding stereo hi fi set up and it handles sound better even at lower and mid volumes.

      @@kevinadams5551 Sonos is definitely not crap, and has arguably the best sound bar in the arc series. Harmon Kardon is basically infinity, JBL, very similar. I personally don’t care for them. It is a much brighter sound, and very limited EQ settings. I did have the JBL 5.1 before, but it lacked E arc, and and kind of EQ adjustment.

      @@hazman440 Yea, I guess I am a bit biased with Bose. I kind of worded it wrong. Bose is definitely not garbage. I had the 900 returned it. The sub had all kinds of issues with the wireless working properly. Apparently, That is a common issues. You have to run a optical cable, which kind of defeats the entire point. There has always been better value, compared to Bose, even at a much lower price point. The 900 is a great sound bar, but the subs has Wi-Fi issues, and the arc now has a mini sub, that can be had cheaper.
