This the same method my professional billiard player friend teaches me before. But you make it more clear and detailed 🎉nice work and truly appreciate👍
Great stuff, looking forward to the next one already. I'm always missing high half ball shots on reds after the black to get position on the black again. Cueball always goes off towards the cushion, so I cancel the gearing side, put a touch of check side on and aim real thin, it looks totally wrong, but they go in (mostly) :D.
hi brando really enjoy your new updated video, i feel theres 2 much movement with shoulder which causes bad cueing, is there a video you can do on this for me 2 learn from
Thank you for your efforts. What about the angels you could not recognize? If the cue ball closer to the cushion it is more difficult than half ball cut! Please cover this also in your videos thanks
stance related question? when you get down , does the right leg ( for right hand player) has to be straight when looking from a player behind ? should the leg be straight | or the leg has to have an angle like this \ mine has angle and i feel this is why i have alignment issue tnx
Great videos and so helpful. How come only on the slow shots using high on the cue ball you over cut and don't use side but on other slow shots you use side?
Thank you for this wonderful lesson, does distance affect how much side you apply? If you have a red near the pink and CB on bulk area ( ie 3/4 angle) do you still apply side?
I wouldn't. You've got more chance of sending the cue ball offline over distance when applying side unless you really know what you're doing. Best to just run it in with a bit of top methinks, but what do I know? :P
Hey Brando, I have another question about aiming. In a previous video you said that when aiming straight shots, the person should concentrate more on pointing their cue at the correct spot on the object ball, rather than perfectly aligning the cue ball and object ball in their vision. This makes sense for straight shots. However, I'm wondering what the person should do for half ball cuts and beyond. Should they be focusing more on perfectly aligning the cue ball and object ball and then simply pointing their cue "exactly forward" or should they still be trying to identify an exact point in space to point their cue at?
*i dont do chicken wings but my Grip moves away from chest on impact of chest on delivery and the cue tip goes to the left after the delivery. what is the cause and fix?* thank you
Check your alignment. If you are right handed player I bet the butt of the cue is offline to the left. Tip to right. You see this subconsciously and twitch at moment of impact to compensate it. This is very common, but the best to identify is to see you..
@@SnookerCoachBrando how much do you charge for online coaching? by the way i have my video ready , and how much do you charge to analyse a video? thanks

Because it's not so much of an issue with top spin, but slow screw and stun will send the object ball off at the wrong angle when cutting in.

On cut shots it is more finding the correct spot on the cue ball and practicing to memorise the pot
The best thing is to play plenty, and your brain will recognise every shot naturally after you miss and keep correcting.

So, is it like we hv remember all the hitting point on white or by more and more practice it will come automatically...
Yep if your cuing is good so you hit them points…
are you aiming on the shot as if you don't have any side on?
Yep, pretty much..
