@@ThePonyboy50 yeah its so hard not to spend aye. i come across some cheap upgrades but im still not breaking haha. cause i reckon once you start you think to yourself screw it just keep going. and then i'll have all this money on the shelf again and that'll get me thinking so i must be strong haha!!
Do you mind a few questions? I have same vehicle i bought off guy never really wrenchedon it and tore it down. What diff fluid do you reccomend and shock fluid. It has all king motors aluminum so its a heavy beast, thank in advance
Diff fluid ive never changed from stock. Never found a need to. Shock fluid you can go a little heavier then stock or you could get some higher rated springs. You could also start with compressing the springs a little and changing its lower mounting points. If you can get your hands on a set of HPI shocks that be the way to go. They are so smooth. Hope it helps. If it doesn't ask some more 😎
@CR-uz4tg no worries at all. I would also suggest joining some groups. Plenty on Facebook. A lot of guys know way more then me and if you skip past the dickheads they are helpful.
transmission will blow if traction is high. so it depends what surface you mainly go on and the amount of load that is placed on the transmission. heavy load would be sand and grass. light load would be loose dirt and gravel.
laurent gouriou I mean I thought you sold everything and had nothing left, thought this vid was an old build, yeah I still got mine, no one to play with though so it just sits and I run it every couple weeks
If you anything to help someone like myself assembly the front-end assembly please let me know. I have one that the previous owner took apart and started upgrades. During a move the moving company lost a box that had old & new front end parts in it. He sold it to me and bought a super modified one from his friend. I haven't found much online showing someone putting the front-end together. Mine is the KM-T1000 but from what I understand they are nearly the same. I thank you in advance and hope you have or know of a video or drawings.
If you lived in Melbourne I could help you out. Otherwise maybe join 1/5 Baja groups on facebook and im sure someone there might be close enough to help you out. The only other thing you can do is download the manual and print it - www.kingmotorrc.com/support-and-downloads - Hope that helps.

How do you lower your Baja I want to do it in mine it’s too high up
i did mine like this - watch it from 3.15 th-cam.com/video/vFK4LgI63sQ/w-d-xo.html
I went to start my baja 1/5 scale and the pull start pulled back violently almost breaking my hand! Can someone help me resolve this?
Sounds like good compression to me 💪 maybe change your pullstart to a "super easy pullstart" unit.
I knew it, didn’t last long did you keep parts?
nah i sold everything back then.
laurent gouriou so your not back
im not sure what you're talking about but i got this baja as you can see. keep parts?? dunno what you mean.

HOW can i remove the paint from my metal parts? I DONT LIKE PURPLE!
Caustic Soda is what i use. Be careful with it though. Very strong fumes and don't leave the alloy in there too long.
