I remember when this came out like it was yesterday. Almost 10 years ago. Still mindblowing! This composition really stood the test of time, i dont think anyone has come even close to this performance. Seiji Igusa could probably really scare us in this genre if he wanted to 🤔 🤔 🤔

This is the coolest guitar piece ive ever seen. Along with your Final Fantasy VIII videos and Hurry from FF7. Despite the fact its technically perfect and very creative its always amazing to see how perfectly you play some of the "strange" midi licks from uematsu absolutely like the original. It appears to me your a fan of Guthrie Govan but your so much better make a cd !
There's maybe a couple of nobuo interviews and videos of him playing with the Black Mages on youtube but there's a lack of anything else. It's pretty hard too find stuff if you don't know Japanese , like me :/
I dunno man. I don't speak Japanese, some other guy in the comment section referred the video to me. I just timestamped it so other people could find the spot easily. Nobuo seemed very impressed by his guitar solo.

素人表現で言うと音に色があるというか、前半は軽く大人っぽく後半は情緒感あり風が吹いてる
