There is one problem about this, it's breaking the TOS. And that's the problem, selling stuff off Roblox is considered as CrossTrading, no matter if it's in game assets or studio assets. However, there are otherways to earn money by selling assets, plugins in the marketplace can have costs, thus if you made a plugin/pack, you can sell it in Roblox, thus not breaking any TOS, and you just have to code a little bit of Plugin design so the models will be inserted once you clicked a button. (Correct me if I'm wrong about the TOS part)
