Hi! I just sent a devEx request for the first time, and I’m thinking it’ll take 2 weeks right? Also I still don’t have an portal account, the FAQ tells me that when my request is approved it’ll tell me to make one, so since you’ve already devexed, is that what happens?
Most likely yeah! You can make your account earlier if you want, but it should take under 2 weeks for your request to process. During times where employees are on break (holidays etc) it takes longer for stuff to process.

Update! All of the 30k I sent came back. Was my request declined? I mean, I did make my devportal name different than the one on the request. I sent it again and I put in the right name, so does that mean that it’ll go through again? Also since I’ve already put all my info, will it just automatically go and not ask for any information? Roblox thinks I’m 6 when I’m actually 13+ cuz I accidentally made my birth year 2018 and I wanna devex my robux but is it possible to do so if your account age is under 13?
its not possible to do it on and under 18 account BUT u can change ur birthday on the account and then u can withdraw robux
My account age thing is disabled and I’m under a parent guardian thing so idk what to do and how to like disable it so I can change my age

No it’s disabled so it doesn’t let me change it maybe cuz I’m under 13 on roblox or bc I’m under parent guardian im not sure
@@Z.A-WWW u need to get the phone number or email that is registered as the guardian and use that to change ur birthdate and undisable ur account. also, I haven't been using DevEx for that long and only recently got my first Robux checkout so take my words with a grain of salt but I recommend u try this
