Generally the polity is not bigoted or undemocratic like northern jhupri lands, where women live in worse condition than women in Afghanistan. Pls go back and check whats prevailing in other countries about localities. The laws on retention and firing are much more stringent than what they are in India. Mere disclosure can't cause any issue as compared to the benefits which companies are deriving. Why media is making a big issue out of it instead of giving a wholistic view. Whatever you guys try to create an image, but note that southern states are primary preference for industries for genuine reasons.
