36:13 tolerance / threshold? 😊 Thank you for another profound talk. I really enjoyed it! What tea is in Quinn’s nice black mug?
I find pelvic / hip flexor / sacral bone zone and back of the neck to in between shoulder blades zone are the last stubborn areas for me to release. Especially the latter. Such an awkward area to release. I wonder what I have stored in that area... 😅

❤Have you done any videos on pelvic organ prolapse?
I'm sure block therapy would help prevent and correct some of these problems.
Thank you so much for all the free information on TH-cam as well as your website.
    Blessings.

Hi Cindy! Here is a link showing results from a pelvic floor search:

In our membership we have many classes that deal with the pelvic floor.

Love all the time you both spend to educate us. Let’s not forget about the same sex couples trying to get pregnant and the single people trying as well. Partner release sounds like a helpful addition, but not everyone having a baby has a partner. So let’s be mindful of all. Thank you ❤

Awesome 🎉 how about block therapy during pregnancy? I really enjoy your lessons however now that I am pregnant I am a bit hesitant to perform block therapy around my pelvic and lower torso area. What are your insights on that?

Hi there! There is no contraindication for blocking while pregnant, however you would want to avoid the belly/abdomen area.

About one side of the body pulling away and the other side anchoring, is this why people (and me) have a tendency to put all of our weight on one leg and bend the other knee and then the hips are high the side of the leg with the weight on it and low on the side of the bent knee? How to fix this?

Yes, I’d like to know that too, how to fix it😀

Hi there! Yes. We need to decompress the fascia. We usually want to start addressing the feet and then moving up the body. If you are already blocking head on over to our facebook group - Block Therapy Community - See what others are saying, and ask all the questions you want. Here is a link:

What are your thoughts on nerve glides or nerve flossing?

Hi there! Nerve flossing would be a compliment to Block Therapy. In Block Therapy we can get deeper. Doing both would be fine.

I have recently come across your channel and interested in this therapy. It’s a shame you do not post to Australia. Are you able to share the dimensions I should be using and is there any particular special feature of the wood on curvage or softness of the wood if I am to have one made?
