My recommendation with Zombicide for most people is: pick the setting that speaks the most to you and get that Zombicide first. I'm personally waiting for Pride and Prejudice and Zombicide. ;)
I currently have a large pile of miniatures to paint, so been listening to your WWII lecture series will doing it. I'm only on part III and really enjoying it.
I've had Zombicide since the first edition. I have had most of the other versions, but this is the definitive Zombicide to have in your collection. Plan to sell off all other versions. This is also better than Shadows of Brimstone, so that collection is going to be sold as well.
I’m holding on to all my versions of zombicide in hopes that somewhere somehow either by CMON, by the fans, or eventually by myself, Zombicide will be turned into a game like shadows of brimstone where your characters can time travel, fulling different mission across different time periods.
If you fail a mission do you just move onto the next or keep going until you beat that particular mission? How do you pick missions to play when playing at different times with different people?
Whenever Cody obtains a new zombie game, he uses it as an expansion to a wargame based on Operation Barbarossa. One has not play the old 8Bit Atari computer wargame Eastern Front until one played it with zombies... in the original Klingon. 🥷
@The Discriminating Gamer Nixon for the German side, the Russian side or the Zombie side? If yes answer is "yes", which side usually wins? To paraphrase Frankie Goes to Hollywood, when two tribes go to war with zombies, one pack of zombies is the only ones that score.
@The Discriminating Gamer 20XX also happen to be the name of your new line of historical battles with zombies. 2038 is Barbarossa, Nixon, and Zombies. There is also 2001 involving Sparta where the battlecry involves shouting We are.... braaains!

Ha! Not a bad piece of advice.
Zombicide is fantastic. I'm excited to give this version a try.
I think you'll like it.
Just finished painting Black Plague, what a task ! Ready for my first game in the series soon.
Black Plague is great. One of the best editions, IMHO.

Thank you. I've got to get caught up on that. I appreciate it.
Great video! I think I will add it to my Zombicide collection. Have you already tried the Expansion Gears and Guns?
@@antonios2846 I own it but haven’t played it yet.
I bought it! Thanks for the advice ;)
It’s a great game! Happy to help!

Interesting.
Your next video, ranking of Zombicide Games, please. Next ranking of Eldritch Horror Expansions.....
I haven't played all the Eldritch Horror expansions. Sorry.
Newer tried Zombicide. Which is the hardest?
This one maybe the most challenging I’ve played. Although some scenarios in 2nd edition are pretty tough.
Just in time for another ks zombicide 😂
Indeed.

I usually let who I’m playing with puck the scenario. I have replayed missions I failed.
How much value would you say the box of ks extras adds to this game? Is it a must? Thanks!
I don’t have the KS extras so I can’t comment.
@@TheDiscriminatingGamer thank you! I don’t knob why I thought you did because you mention an expansion in the video (I think)…
Small typo in the title just fyi - "of" instead of "or"
Thanks for the help. Fixed.

I always play Richard Nixon in this version.

So, on this note, when is your Eastern Front game with Nixon and Zombies coming out? 🥷
