I love it. Joe is the best! Very difficult machine work is nothing for this guy. One of the slope advance Oppama ignitions off the Echo 4400-440-510-520-530-5500-6700-670 might work. The early 5500 and 6700 had two piece ignitions. You might find something in the early pre Echo Shindaiwa drawings.
I wouldn’t mind you reviewing all the typical issues or tweaks need to be made with the clone saws. …. Speculating: OEM carb, oiler, coil, recoil, decompression leaks or delete and so on. Would also be curious to hear if the big end of the rod still stretches over time or if that seems to be solved? Love your videos Thank you
Sometimes I think Husqvarna or Sthil should put guys like you on an R&D retainer to try wacky stuff like this and see what kind of production benefits can be had by soling the problems in reverse for once. Then they can take the lessons and make the parts for it all to work as such off the line. Maybe that ruins too much fun of porting saws, but I still think it’s a decent idea.
@alltherpm it is ported a tiny bit. it seems ok in big wood but when I get to limbing the limiter is just annoying especially compared to all my other saws that rev up to a nice 4 stroke sound.
@@matthewbutcher203 yeah I did. I forgot to mention that. The saw really does run good but compared to my jonsered 2159 or poulan 4000 it just seems like they have more power and rpm.
its dispalcement which make job when it comes to power not stroke 😉👍🏻biger bore for the same dispalcement match always makes more power if ypu go with setup on race level 👌🏻🍿cos stroker makes crank failure etc
Bigger carb and send her to the moon ? Funnily enough I was thinking about you and 372 yesterday , would love to be able to buy a dyno proven 372 “kit” off you that I can just bolt on
I’m so glad you’re posting videos. I’ve been missing your content. Keep them coming, Joe.
This guy is very talented!
That echo is a cool build. Just picked up a 395 and my son has a 372 that needs going through. I'll be following these builds real closely. Thanks
Port work looks awesome in that one!
Most likely the best 7310 in the world at the moment
Extremely cool, nice build
Good gains from a coil swap. Thanks for sharing
Stroker is cool. Hope you work the bugs out. Looking forward to the 372 & 395 builds
This is awesome. I love this idea!
Very cool always love the frankensaws
Keep em coming
Have you done a video explaining how to move the cylinder forward on the crank case and compared before and after power.

Nice looking cylinder work!
Pretty awesome stroker build. I'd love to have a built saw of that size
Heck yeah, very cool!
Also I cannot wait to see what you do to that 395. I may try to copy because I have one too.
"cut firewood... if it still runs" 🤣🤣😉😉 It's cool that the rules opened a little for the other two builds; can't wait for the 366 video(s)
gosh what a build love it my man 👌

Thank you
Nice job man!
Sweet saw!
Good work joe
Awesome content Joe, let's see what those clones can do!
Cool stuff Joe
Is this saw for sale?
Fun build
Super cool

My echo 590 is cutting out like that after I opened the exhaust up. Is there an aftermarket coil that's unlimited?
Ur echo is not making power past the limit, it's actually at lower rpms

@@hickerbilly345did you block off the safety jet in the carb? Thats a real booger to tune around.if not...

You make that run a 28 to 30 inch bar without losing torque and speed, I'm in,just saying
That would be fun. Let me fix a few things and I will be trying a longer bar once we get into the firewood stuff.
👍🏻👏👍🏻
