“Your work inspired me so much Rocco. Here’s the 2nd half of my toilet paper roll I was using in my spare bathroom while I pooped out the hot dog you sold me.”
hahahaha
😂😂😂😂
That's about it 😂 LMFAO
I think the CEO was so embarrassed that Rocco kept pressing him about the hotdogs he threw away. His ego got crushed. Because the cameras were on he has to save face pretend like he appreciates him and give him something. The academy award goes to Rocco for maintaining the genuine appearance of gratitude and humility while he gets absolutely lowballed buy his millionaire boss.
A plaque and 1000 dollars? Lmfao
Oh don't forget, he gets to take his family to work one day too
Don’t forget about the $2 tip that is split between employees!
He gets to throw a ball too!
bro, he deserves his wage and whatever he’s gotten in the past, he’s spent 28 years not tryna do better for himself
1k is whatever but bro he sells HOTDOGS wha do u want him to give him? if anyone else was selling hotdogs there would be the same amount of fans there, time spent there doesn’t matter in this case
The plaque is like a 15x15
$2 tip and 4 hungry mouths that could’ve been fed. Omg $1000 dollars and a plaque after 28 years of work how could you be so generous? Everybody praise this man for such a kind gesture!
If they were hungry they would've bought food. They're at a baseball game lol
@@jrey1 yeah cause you know EVERYBODY who attends professional sporting events can afford the overpriced drinks and food
$1000 bonus for 28 years of walking up and down those stands? Wow! What a kind hearted generous boss.
bro, he deserves his wage and whatever he’s gotten in the past, he’s spent 28 years not tryna do better for himself
1k is whatever but bro he sells HOTDOGS wha do u want him to give him?
@@nessstooo "bro he sells HOTDOGS". Bro how much does a HOTDOGS seller get paid? Is it enough for him to make ends meet and have enough left to "do better for himself"? Selling hot dogs is not a blue collar job in the US is it for him to "do better for himself"? How much did the boss make in 28 of him selling hot dogs?
@@miriguwa1958 bro, it’s how the world works, people work 2 jobs if the 1 isn’t enough, there are other companies that could’ve taken him, are u genuinely telling me that hot dog selling should lead to riches and success? no brodie, i wouldn’t pay a mf more than min wage for selling hot dogs, i know it sounds mean but be a realist for a second nd understand business is business and fair pay is prob what he gets? just looked it up, they make 27-52k a year, 48k is the avg in the US, at the end of the day bro if he didn’t show up to work for an entire month no one would not show up because he didnt sell them their hot dog
@@nessstooo " bro, it’s how the world works, people work 2 jobs if the 1 isn’t enough". Do you know if he's doing two jobs or just the one selling hot dogs? If it's only selling the hot dogs do you know why he's not doing another one to "do better for himself"? You might be doing two jobs or doing one to better yourself. You can't generalize and say that it's how the world works where people do two jobs.
"are u genuinely telling me that hot dog selling should lead to riches and success?" Where have I said it in my comment?
" i wouldn’t pay a mf more than min wage for selling hot dogs". and you expect people like him to better himself with your min wage? You are no better than his boss judging by your honest comment. You probably would have given him $500.
😂
Perfect example of why you should be self employed. This man gave 28 years of his life to get $1000 bonus. If you can work for someone and make $50k a year, you damn well can make $50k a year being self employed.
I wish I could have learned 20 years ago companies just see people as numbers
@@ceedub619cameraman3 man I learned that real fast. A big eye opener was when I worked for my brother in law and at a morning meeting he went off on everyone and said every single person can be replaced and gave me the evil eye so I learned real quick to not work for anyone.
@@pt18777 lucky it didn't take you 50 years to learn like me lol
Is he supposed to take every hot dog vendor in the stadium, find their duration of employment and multiply by over 30 for a cash reward? What about the beer vendors? Concession workers?
Easier said than done, no? You have to have money to make money.
A whole thousand dollars? How about $28,000 ? 1 per year. Cheapskate!!
Only $1000 for generations of family service after lying? Yikes. Embarrassing.
Is that all their giving him that man worked out there for 28 years you should give him more than that
Yeah no shit!
Give him some money, he sells hotdogs. Can't imagine they pay him much for that.
🌭🌭🌭🌭🌭 Sucky boss ,nothing but a plaque 😮 he deserves more for 28 years 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
I love seeing cheapskate boss. So our entire group of family and friends can boycott Wrigley field now too. Cubs are bad now anyways...

Such a cheap a5s
I don't understand why he didn't give the 4 hotdogs he paid to anyone sitting there instead of throwing them away. I would've given them away.
That's what I would have done as well 🤷♀️
But he probably figured If all those people saw him give them away, then every one would ask or "wait until they just give them away"
Of course he could have lied & said someone bought them a hot dog or even sold them for 1/2 price idk.
The CEO sucks at this job plus he lies, terrible! And wastes food, throws away food when people are starving here. A sin.
They weren't gonna give that food away for free. Starving ppl got nothing to do with this lmao tf
@@LilT2o00 you dont get the picture lmao tf
@@Edzone1 I do, and it doesn't apply here. You think them "starving children in africa" were gonna ever touch those hot dogs?
No, but the they could have been handed out for free. Why kill an animal just to throw its body in the trash. Life lives on life, kill if you must, but never be so stupid as to forget that love of being is the first good and shouldn't be casually disposed of. Where there is food, there in dwells that I am.
@@LilT2o00 its about cause he lied about it.. even if it wasnt sold.. if he said straight away yes i trew them away and i paid 20 bucks for it it might be diffrent
Wow!! $1000!!! Dude gave him a week or 2 of pay! I can't wait to spend 28 years somewhere for that bonus!
He probably taxed that 1,000 😂 I would of quit on the spot
Comes out to 35$/year (before taxes of course)….how generous
bro, he deserves his wage and whatever he’s gotten in the past, he’s spent 28 years not tryna do better for himself
1k is whatever but bro he sells HOTDOGS wha do u want him to give him? if anyone else was selling hotdogs there would be the same amount of fans there, time spent there doesn’t matter in this case
Hard to believe he kept lying and went on camera trying to justify lying. He missed the point. He doesn't deserve Rocco. Seems he didn't learn anything at all that day. Give Rocco 10k for 28 years.
He owns the damn business. He also made probably most of Rockos childhood and one or 2 of his real lifetime dreams happen his name is literally engraved into Wrigley field. How many hot dog slingers do you know with am honor like that? Also he copped to it he could have left that shit out but instead he told him to his face one on one like a man that he did lie over $4.50 hotdogs. I think he got it and appreciates his employees which is what the show is supposed to be about.
Where I come from we would say big whoop. He should’ve done better for this wonderful man was worth it for so many years
This “boss” is a clown, $1000 dollars, really? If I had an employee selling hot dogs for 28 YEARS. I would give the man at least $10,000. You gotta give credit when credit is due but, 1g is lousy.
This has to be a joke!? He even made it sound like a very small plaque. Thousand dollar bonus.? I thought it was going to say I'm going to give you a vacation and pay for your credit card debt or gosh, something of value
Greed is eternal
Bro literally just lying like that. Who lies over something so stupid? 😂
He's happy that he caught the boss throwing away food
Hey CEO, you missed a zero on that bonus… 🤦🏼♀️
The fact the boss tries to justify his wasting of hotdogs, he's not getting the point. The job is to sell the hotdogs, not just buy them yourself so you can call it a day. Office folks can't hack real jobs.
Throwing away perfectly good food is not cool. Not impressed
Rocco is awesome
So that's a big no no, what he did with the $20. Yes, they were paid for, and he could probably afford it. But if I were his boss and I saw him do that, he'd be fired. How much food has been wasted so he can avoid working, and has he been fudging the numbers to meet the targets for the day?
Typical capatalist ,$1000 for nearly 30 years loyal service , what a farce .
He couldn't sell those last 4 dogs out of 20 because the 16 people in the stands already bought one...
Undercover Boss is one of my favorite shows.
It shows how bad the boss CEO CFO COO etc are
How they can't do a single job and are completely unneeded
I once had, as a joke, pretended to be a CEO.
I found out a company was getting a new CEO on Monday but was delayed by a snow storm.
I walked in and was a jerk an gave the name of the CEO
I sat in the office for 3 days pretending to be the CEO
I played on the computer
All my lunches were paid for
I sent workers on errands for me
It was hysterical
I saw the flight was coming in and I left
I don't know what ever happened
But I was verified that the boss is not needed
If all the bosses disappeared the companies would keep working as usual and no one would ever notice.
Seriously, I thought for sure I would get caught, but people are so afraid to question the boss
They never asked for ID or to fill out any paperwork.
Just showed me to my office and IT had my login and temp password for full admin access.
It was one of my best pranks
I'll take "things that never happened" for $500, Alex.
normally you have to go to tumblr to read children's fan fiction but this time its come to the comment section for us.
I'm sure this has happened, a few times actually lol.
What happened to the enter button on your keyboard?
@@Noticing-Enjoyersure, honey. Now, let's get you back on roblox or something that kids like you always playing.
Sad, sad news. Rocco, the vendor featured in this episode, has passed away. God Bless Rocco. What a great person he was - "vendor" Rocco and "loving" Rocco. Rest in Peace!! ❤🙏✝️
Please tell me his name, the company, and their website so we can teach him a lesson. 😊
Why didn’t you give the hotdogs away😂 and a 1000$ for 28 yeArs of service😮 seriously thats weak😢
This CEO just made his company look worse
RIP Rocco
Boss is a lier! Never trust the bass ! But he lied!
I bet they don't treat guys like Rocco like this at Comiskey.
Rocco looks like Chris from Sopranos
WOW
Like a WHOLE $1000 ?!?
I mean all of ?!?
AND JUST FOR ME ?!?
Well, hell, that will pay for hotdogs and beer for my four friends at YOUR GAME SO YOU'LL GET THE MONEY BACK
I mean, a $35.71 bonus each year - that's almost $1 per week during a baseball season
It's a good thing we're in downtown Chicago where everything is so much more less expensive than anywhere else in the world
I bet his great-grandfather got a bonus bigger than this
But don't forget the $14 plaque
1000 dollars? Lol dope 28 years of service
1k 😂😂😂 bruv wtf you’re a billionaire
Still bo excuse to throw out food 😳😰
Wow its all held together with bubble gum & shoestrings... just shows how lazy this CEO is to the point of just buying his way out... clean shaved in his true form of malfeasance at the end
Imagine? A plaque and $1000 for 28 years. So exciting!
Guys is ok he is gonna get to throw a pitch at a game surely that's more than money after 28 yrs of service 😂
100.000 now we're talking
Hold on. He's been doing it since he was 16 and he's been at it for 28 years? Unless there was a break in the middle, that makes him 44? No way is that guy 44. He looks mid 50s. Easily.
Really?
Felt like I had to comment on what an ungrateful cheapskate the CEO was. I see many agree.
Shameful lack of acknowledgement! Give Rocko. at least $1000 for each of the 28 years he’s been there. He’s one of the big reason you’re successful.
I would have quit on the spot.
could he not have given them away instead of throwing them away??
1 grand wow ... lousy boss
Lmao Wait who's the boss. And gasslighting is convincing someone else that they did it. Or it is the other person's fault. There is alot wrong with this description.
Can't just waste the glizzys!
Would’ve gave me but more
Should have given them hot dogs to someone who really needed some food 😒 someone in need instead of throwing them a way and paying for them there's always someone in need of food a round yes paid for them but why waste food should have given them a way to someone in need
That was tight…1,000 is better than 100 b greatful
Only 1 grand he could have gave him 10- 20 grand with a blink of an eye. I hope the dude see's this comment you are stingy to the bone, your also a liar
ya ever had a "chicago dog" ?
youd throw that bullshit garbage away too!
He presents training in 7 days. Each of 7 items are commands that he believes a dog should know. They are presented in part ii of the book th-cam.com/users/postUgkxK8-VQWpYThx4IC6MiIvb6VS1ebTzzdxq . The parts of the guideare divided: part i know your dog part ii the seven commands part iii cures for 7 behavior problems. Each chapter presents a topic, a dog's story, and a "what to do". It was written simply and you can jump from chapter to chapter to review anything as needed.
I honestly can't believe ue threw them in the bin, and not gave them out to people for free advertising/paying it forward/good will...
And he basically gave the guy nothing in return for nearly 30 years of service.
