Attaching a copy of a file in Outlook and then it getting it returned means that the formatting is lost (and cannot be re-edited) and a one-page file is often returned as 4 pages long. How can you prevent this?
Will a 'link' file work if the recipient does not use latest version of Outlook or does not have OneDrive
