Really nice design Randy. This is one of those projects that would have been easy to go off the deep end and over design the heck out of it. looking forward to seeing it in action. 👍😁
Thank you Denny.
I'm not interested in knifes but I still watched this video ( and all your videos ) because your so interesting and I can still learn things.
Thanks for taking the time to make and post your videos Randy.

Thank you Greg for watching and commenting. this could be used for many operations not just knife making.

Good point.
Sometimes, I watch other "shop type " videos just to " spy " on their shop, looking for ideas to incorporate into my shop.
I call that "stealing with integrity." 🤔😲

Ps... I'm still waiting for the one year mark for my wood to dry out on my anvil stand build.
Awesome build Randy!
Thank you Phil. Stay warm down there.
Nice Project Randy. 😃👍

Thank you Craig, Came out great.
Some nice close up machining.
Thanks Carl.
very good job randy
Thank you Tr.
Another great project done Randy Richard right. Thanks for the video keep on keeping on.
Thank you Harold. Stay safe down there.
Very good Randy. Years ago I replace many bolts and knobs with those repositionable snug handles they work so nice and no wrench required. Just makes it a little easier to get stuff done.
They sure do work well John. Thanks for stopping in.
"Always good to measure when you're making something for something..." 😂
Always just Always. Thanks Paul.
Measure once cut twice.......
Or something like that 🤪

Obligatory algorithm boost 👍👍
Thank you Uncle Ruckus. It can only hlep.
You have the abrasive paper coming towards the blade. All the ones I have seen the abrasive paper comes away from the blade. Is there a difference?
Yes you use this with the belt running away from the blade. Thanks.
Do most 2x72's have a reversible drive? The KBAC drive I bought for my wood lathe only goes one way, although i think you could add the reverse switch. I guess when grinding the blade on a belt you run the belt away from the bevel as opposed to towards like on a hard stone.
Thanks Barry. Yes I have reverse on my grinder, yes when doing a fine edge.
Very nice indeed and nice color. The knife tool inventory is increasing.🔧⚒️🔩
If you want to do it right you need the tools. Thanks Randy for stopping in.
