instead of screws use stove bolts since your screws are going through. You can drill a hole underneath for the bolt to recess up into the wood so it's not proturding.
You mentioned that the clamp was Milescraft; i was wondering what brand t-track you used. I noticed a lot of people choose to epoxy in their tracks. So maybe they've run into the same problem in mdf that you did? ANyhow thanks for posting this. i like the way you routed past the end of the track to have a place to enter in clamps etc.👍 i'm planning to build a t-track top soon so i will have to remember that. thanks, ♿Lisa🔧
T-Track by Clear Style. Epoxy is a good idea. Finding longer screws with small eyes are the way to go. Make sure you have enough backing so they don't pull out.. I think it would be better in the long run.

Good start. Have a similar setup with MDF. Put a 3/4 in plywood sheet underneath and that will help strengthen the screw down, and used #8's.
Epoxy glue them in, don't even need screws.
