The chords he's playing aren't hard, the strumming hand percussion is on another level tho.
I thought the same but when i tried (i mastered the strumming percussion part) it didn't sound the same. Turns out from 00:40 he is keeping is bottom string open...and that is giving it a ring to it....which is kind of hard to master

@@svoir low e needs to be fretted as well as b. I played the regular f style barre chord without bottom 2 strings fretted, and its actually surpringly easy and sounds pretty cool foo
