I got a bit of a lightbulb moment for how this could be taken one step further, as one thing i immediately noticed after viewing a big chunk of material is most of the artists, especially the exceptionally talented ones are generally over 25/30 years of age (which im not criticizing at all, they that age because they trained for years to reach perfection) but HERES MY POINT imagine the studio was an 'academy' with built on dorms & you recruit students out of highschool & surround them with this calibre of talent 24/7 as''teachers' - almost like a lil musical village lol i havent given it an incredible amount of thought so theres sure to be many caveats but the basis of my premise is this: if an individual takes 10 years to master their skill..,.for sake of argument lets say they self taught & you have 10x of these self taught masters at your disposal - id like to think or convince myself that having those 10x incrediably talented people teaching said student should result in the student mastering it in less than 10 years when considering all the various input from different masters (Provided student is competent, willng/enthusiastic) The key to it working is establishing a kinda quid pro quo mentality among artists where each person know its in their best interest & does what they can to uplift the fellow man - 1x studio/academy & record label per continent - you can supply X factor & the Voice with contestants for the next century lol

Recently your videos have been low in views and you haven't been doing as well as you were a few years ago. I know that you have to be diverse in singers but let me tell you this: Most everyone here only likes the people who are at the concerts. Ariana, Sara, Aubrey, Casey, Haley, and a few others. PLEASE cast these singers more in your music videos, rather than brand new unprofessionals. Like I said, I love you guys and I don't want you to do bad. 💗
All those singers were new at some point, and they all did videos and had to deal with negative armchair critics before they were selected to tour. That's how PMJ works. And they just played Radio City Music Hall, so I'm pretty sure they're doing just fine.

only porblem with germans is that most of us sometimes emphasize the american pronounciation of thr "r" too much
