Amazing how they prepared and cleaned all the seafood thoroughly and systematically not to mention all the other ingredients. I mean really very clean and so fresh.I would love to eat at this restaurant. Yummy!😋👍

Amazing seafood. As some who knows how to harvest my own, it’s hard work to catch and clean to eat fresh and save money.
They used bottom ocean trawlers. It scoops up all off the ocean floor and leaves nothing behind. It's easy when you have a big commercial ship. Do you ever watch "the biggest catch"?
I think that this food is very hard. Many sea food like fish in very kinds and different taste. Maybe mostly people not adugst in our stomach.

I'd like to have one of those hot trays delivered directly to my house asap. I wonder how much that would cost? I can almost smell & taste the octopus and monster shrimp right through my phone. I lived in southern Crete for six months, and shrimp & eggs for breakfast, parboiled & grilled octopus for dinner was normal. What great eating memories I have. Whole pig & veggies cooked in a pit (Haungi) by my Mauri mates in Wellington New Zealand. Now that I think about it, I've had a pretty damn good life. Thanks for this excellent video.
As a underwater spearfisher and having been 12 times to Crete, especially in the west and the south, I can assure you that the shrimps you had for breakfast were imported. And the octopus probably as well. The Aegean is empty.
Most of us living in the western world had that and even Better. Your life sucks compared with ours,some of us ate babies and cognac.

@@vonpfrentsch I speared a 7kg octopus with my pneumatic gun in the harbour of Agia Galini. And also took 4lb fish on a Trident spear in the largish stream leading to the sea. $200/month rent and eating like a king ain't bad. You were diving in the wrong place.
@@brianwood7480 I speared many octopus and slipper lobsters. This was nearly 50 years ago! Agia Galini is so touristic that perhaps not so many people go spearfishing there.

Hard working people! The food looks absolutely amazing but I really feel bad for the octopus and all the others like him. Wish they put things in the fridge to sleep before cooking where possible.
