I really miss Korean street food and the amazing restaurants there.
I absolutely admire the way Koreans approach food and the culinary arts. This is one culture that has clearly figured out how to plan, prepare, and enjoy great dishes.
Love the idea of finishing off the BBQ cook at the table so you get it cooked as you prefer. Had this in Spain with a steak served on a sizzling stone slab and you just cut off bits and could caramelise each mouthful all round. Really turned a plain old steak into an experience which I am sure you get if you are lucky enough to dine here. Way too health and safety conscious to do it anywhere here in the UK.
I couldn't agree more table cooking won't happen in the UK some one may burn a finger and sue !!!!!

I’m so in love with korean street food and the cooking process. You can tell from the hard work in the process that the food quality must be good. Can’t even believe they actually do the logging themselves.
Keeps the cost down and they know exactly what they're getting. Like some of the restaurants and shrimp boats here in America or lobster boat
