I love Elementor Pro. It's even better because I am grandfathered into one of their cheaper old annual plans from years ago and as long as I keep it renewed then they keep my subscription active. Great video Dave!
Nice!!! I wasn't so lucky as to get the grandfathered deal. I'm paying the current price for it. But yeah, Elementor has done a great job. Thanks for tuning in!
Hey Dave, would it be possible to make hierarchical terms inside a select field with the dynamicooo Shortcodes? like for each term children add - before the term. So this way would be possible to see the hierarchy of the terms inside a select field. this feature is sadly not available in bricksforge pro form and couldnt find any sollution. i tried with optiongroup but then its not dynamically best greetz David
Hi David, yes and no. You can retrieve the hierarchical terms and append the dash with Dynamic Shortcodes. But Bricksforge doesn't allow you to input value:label one per line like the native Bricks form. So, I've not found a way to do it with Bricksforge yet. I sent Danielle a message some months ago to include the option to statically write the value:label one per line instead of only as a JSON field, but he hasn't added it yet. I'm hoping it'll be included in Bricksforge 3.0.
@@daveden2 thanks a lot for your super fast answer! To be honest it sound wierd you have to pay another third part plugin when dynamic data is supported in Elementor Pro. Do you know is there some free plugin in order to extend the dynamic tags to this field?
@@GiacomoCasoloDigitalConsultant, yes, I agree. Elementor should allow dynamic data everywhere. I'll look into it, but I'm not aware of any free plugins that do that. You could also submit a feature request to Elementor.
@@daveden2 It is Bricks, I think I divorced Elementor Pro for good, but I still work on Elementor Free with JetEngine on my old projects. By the way, I really love the awesome advanced tutorial you provided. I am a big fan of yours here and in the Facebook group.

How to dynamically retrieve the post id from the URL query parameter: th-cam.com/video/E3RH-ypAHsw/w-d-xo.html
Please make Jetformbuilder tutorials. I think Jetformbuilder is an advanced tool that hasn't received the love it deserves.
Okay, I'll look into that topic. What types of tutorials would you like to see for JetFormBuilder?

Maybe webhooks, dynamic content, and api. It is a very powerful tool and there are a lot of possibilities

@@daveden2 Ok let us hope :D Thank you for your commitment 👍🏻
I have Elementor Pro, I can't see the "stack" icon in the options field....why?
Oh, it could be because I have Dynamic Content for Elementor installed. It adds the dynamic stack to every input.
Yes, I just tested it. You would need Dynamic Content for Elementor installed to use Dynamic Tags in the options field.

Thank you! Yeah, it's hard to look away once you've switched to Bricks. Lots of freedom.
Please reduce the video 60FPS to 30FPS for quick playback.
OK, thanks for the tip.
