... and it's evident that you love doing it, sir. THIS, though, is one massive scoop! And all done in Elementor. Thank you, Imran. I'm immensely grateful for your service.
Hi! Great video, thanks for your help, it’s amazing. I have just a little question. How can we make a dropbox version for child categories? After clicking on parent category, is it possible to show dropdown checkbox for child categories?
Any insights on if it would be possible to connect a Taxonomy Filter to multiple loop grids? Similar to how Finsweet's CMS Combine/CMS Filter works in webflow.
I just flat cannot get this to work. If i have the svg code in there i cant save the css at all. The filters dont work the drops - It partially worked once but i did something way wrong. Edit- The problem with not knowing what you are doing. The location of the HTML matters in the operation of the filters. OMG did that take to long to figure out. the chevron won't work because SVG file type is blocked in wordpress and i cannot work that out ... yet.
@@websquadron I did get it working, I had to remove the SVG bit of code. After I discovered the position of the HTML code mattered I was able to work the rest of it out. Your Videos are very good. You have helped me dozens of times. Thanks
Already, I'm thinking I'll put the taxonomy filter in the off-canvas widget for the mobile view, while hiding it on the desktop view using the responsive setting.
This is a really neat trick, very helpful thanks! It's still baffling that elementor doesn't offer multi-taxonomy filtering natively. Any ideas where this falls on the elementor product map? Cheers, new subscriber 👍

You're very welcome!
This works with products too?! 😮 This would streamline customer searches so much! Imran, I can’t thank you enough for this.
Yes it does :) :)
Taxonomies set to Filter. What it requires though is using one Category system and then defining your parent and children.
THANK YOU!!!!
Perfect timing - this is just what I needed!
Same here! I was just about to pay for a plugin⏲
You just saved my business. Thank you.
Love it!
Thank you Imran, you are the best. I was just looking for a way of doing this!
Running into an issue with this when live.
As soon as I click to expand multiple parent categories, the filtering no longer works on a child level.

You are a legend !!!!!!

That one has proven a little tricky but I am looking into it still.
@@websquadron Yeah been stuck on it for awhile as well, thanks for the response!
How to make multiple taxonomy filters for a same loop grid? Is it possible by tags?
Thanks for the tut and codes Imran 🙏
No worries
This is great, thanks a lot , and I use the filter inside off canvas widget and will open by clicking an icon too
Yup!!!
what if we have 2nd level children (children of a children)?

Difficult to be sure as to why.

Does it work with custom fields, taxonomy, and post types? I tried it for my custom posts and taxonomy, but it doesn't seem to work. :(
That would need subjective class names to be applied
@@websquadron thank you! I hope you'll have a tutorial video for that. 🙂
Great job Imran. Thanks a ton.
Was wondering how will it look in mobile view.
I would just use it as horizontal instead and adapt the css. See the alternate version I did yesterday

@@QuaverloveStudio good plan

Not sure where it sits. I'd love to see this straight out of the box.
Thank you so much! Do you suggest a WordPress plugin to get amazon images for an affiliate blog post?
Try Gizzmo.ai
Thank you so much for everything Imrane!
