some serious osmosis issues with major wicking

here is an old grp motor boat that to our knowledge has been on the inland waterways in the uk for well over thirty years. the osmotic blisters are substantial, some over 80mm in diameter. failure of the laminate known as wicking very evident.

The yard could have pressure washed that before survey!

It should have been but when we saw the size and loss of strength it would have blown holes everywhere!!!
