I remember in the 90's watching the Christian t.v. stations and seeing your ad for your video and album and always tried to listen for it. Glad I have it whenever I want now! It was the ad where you guys promoted the video for his song.
I used to have this cd back in 1997 . I listened to it in my truck all the time ! Then I let my friend drive it while I was at work and he wrecked it . Smashed it up along with this cd . He's fine but he didn't talk to me after that . He could have at least replaced my CD 😭 but here I am on TH-cam enjoying this music once again !! ❤️❤️❤️ You guys are amazing ❣️❣️❣️

Been a huge fan of this song since I was 10 years old. I'm 35 now and still love singing + playing it on my acoustic occasionally. Always loved the humor in the lyrics and strong, dynamic melodies.
I've been a huge fan of this song and the whole album since it arrived, and I'm now old enough to get AARP discounts. This music keeps me feeling young!

In early 1997, I had a bad car wreck. A few months later while recovering, a friend gave me a CD with this song on it. A few months later in the fall of 1997, I listened to this CD and I loved it - all of it. So glad to reconnect with these tunes!

I remember talking to you guys when i was a teenager. I was at one of your concerts. I am now 37 years old. lol Such a long time ago. I believe i was 16 or 17 then. It was at a concert in Tennessee. I believe it was in a kmart parking lot.
I found a piece paper where I had written down the lyrics when I was in high school (around 1999-2000)! I still love this song and I’m buying the cd on iTunes soon!

Whether you're Christian or not, this song still sticks out as being a great friggin' tune.
You played Exodus in Northern Ireland back in the day, my brother brought back the CD as I wasn't old enough to go. It passed around some of my friends and we followed you for years. Had a massive impact. I even once tried to buy some merchandise online but it wouldn't send to NI. Michael wrote to me personally and sent some items for free! What a legend!
I still have this CD. It, along with Audio A's In Bloom and dc Talk's Jesus Freak, makes up the "holy trinity" (pun intended) of my Christian music foundation. Here we are in 2024, and I am proud to say I listened to STP's freshman album two times in a row yesterday while at work. Don't know why this album made such an impact on me back in the day. But even all these years later this earworm of PP&K surfaces and I am drawn to call up the mp3 album on my phone. I swear it's like an addictive drug or retro virus.

I studied in Australia back in late 90s and I remember one of my first friend there lent me this album and the WWJD compilation CD. When I returned to my country, I found this cd at local thrift store some years later and its still one of album I listen the most (and I mostly listen to non Christian music) .

The Lord Jesus Christ perfectly fits the title of Prophet, Priest, And Especially King.
As prophet he spoke of what is to come and why he came here, as well as himself being prophesied to save us all from sin, death, and hell.
As priest its to him we confess our sins to and he goes before the holy of holies on our behalf.
As king he is from the royal bloodline of David, but more than that he sits on the throne of heaven as the King Of Heaven.
Along with God The Father and God The Holy Spirit, which to this day is profound.
Yet someday, he will return as the King Of Kings And The Lord Of Lords.
And it is my hope and my prayer that so many of you repent of your sins and put your faith and trust in Jesus Christ today.
