Hi mate, happy to hear you want your old car back!! I would love for you to be able to get it. You can enter the registration online on the government website to see if it is taxed, or the last year it was taxed etc. Go on to Facebook and sign up to all of the Fiesta groups Mk1/Mk2 and XR2 etc and ask on there with an old picture or reg and I bet you £50 someone knows where it is. I see people ask all the time mate, I really hope you find it and I have my fingers crossed for you 🤞🏽. I assume being an 1982 you had a Mk1. Best of luck to you 👍🏽

I know this vid is a year old but did you know the alternator is mounted too low ? It sholud sit above the mounting bracket just under the lower rad hose which is why its the shape it is . Where its mounted low down currently you gonna get it soaked with water when driving and it will die pretty quickly.deffo needs to be mounted/hinged upwards not downwards. 👍
