You just have to keep holding your drift when you start flying. Whatever button/keybind you use for drifting, you should hold that while you're in the air until you can land safely and get your drift boost.

How do you get maps by yourself?
Select the map and switch it to private. You should see it at the top right
These shouldn't count if it's using bugs
