    Today in Metro, A Not so elderly lady asked a Guy to give away his seat (not reserved). The guy said he can't he is tired after working from morning till evening. They got into an argument and the guy won by saying "ನಿಮಗೆ bus free ಕೊಟ್ಟಿಲ್ವ, ಹೋಗಿ ಅದ್ರಲ್ಲಿ"!

    Sir, Thank you for the insightful lecture. If there is an industrial dispute in a private insurance company at Mysore which is having branches all over the country and having its registered office in Mumbai which court/tribunal shall have the jurisdiction whether the respective State tribunal or the CGIT, please answer Sir waiting for your reply.

    If we forget the case laws name during exams and if we write some random case name will they give us marks?

      Yes. You can mention that "SC in one of its landmark judgement" etc if it Supreme Court case

    Sir, If any employee terminated. Do he need to aske remedy from employer then he need to go for conciliation and then only he need to go to Industrial dispute tribunal? Or directly he may go to Industrial dispute tribunal. Please answer.

    Sir maine bank of india mai 30/03/2011 se 13/08/2018 tak as daily wager/casual worker kaam kiya mai jis branch mai kaam krta tha wahi mera savings account open tha jo mera personal account tha mere account mai krishi bank khandwa madhya pardesh se wrongly 147400 ki neft ho gyi thi jo Maine net banking se debit kr di aur use kr li mujhe branch manager ne terminate kr diya koi one month notice koi retrenchment compensation na koi enquiry ki sir mera case illegall termination ka hai ya loss of confidence ka please explain me
