I tried setting 1080p and 60hz, but no luck. Ever heard of this device not recognizing a pc input? Cheers!
Hey man thank you for the support and feedback on the channel. Thank you very much. I remember when I first connected my pc to the switcher via hdmi. I had to do some pc display settings such as 1080, and change the hz. Try 59hz and 60hz or depending on where you live the hz might be different then mine maybe. Then I would also try to go into the GoStream deck menu setting and set the output resolution and frame per second / fps to the same as the pc so they all match. Again try 59hz and 60hz and maybe others. But keep them all as consistent as possible would help. Your inputs and output on the pc and GoStream deck all the same. You might have to do some additional settings with the pc display settings as far as mirror display or replicate display, something like that. It might also be some shortcut key on your laptop that might trigger the hdmi output to display. Hope these might help. Keep us updated. If I think of anything else, I’ll be sure to reply again. Hey there. Yes you can select any source to be displayed on both of the hdmi outputs. Anyway you want to configure it. You can select hdmi 1-2-3-4 or Aux or NDI, preview or multi view for either of the 2 hdmi outputs.
Hey ismapierre to elaborate on your question a bit more. You can have all sdi input connections and all hdmi input connections, connected to the switcher. But you can only display / live stream and record any combination of 4 inputs. Any combination that you choose. If you have all 8 inputs connected then you will need to go into the menu settings and set which input you want to display. This might be something that we can save to a macro memory function.

We are already able to do all you're saying that will be possible. Firmware 2.1.0 is already published for both GoStream edition.
Yes you are correct. I filmed this video a few weeks ago and I’m just publishing it today when the Duet was officially released.
I can the Super Source be completely modified. The previous firmware had minimal modification capabilities.
The latest firmware might have some additional settings and controls in the menu for super source.
