How to update firmware? Still not getting any software form avmatrix website. My model is shark 4

Can it's all input chanel 1234 chroma key at a time ? With background

No you can only use chroma and other function keys on PVW and PGM only.

Is there any software/firmware update for Shark H4? There's always an unstable connection in two HDMI program output, it blink al the time😢

Please help me, we use it in our church live streaming and sometimes we encounter no record in OBS because it's just stop at the middle of recording.😢😢😢
