About the second guide you dealt with (the one you moved slightly lower), how did you stick it to the main body of the rod (you call blank if i understood correctly) BEFORE you start wrapping it with the thread? Epoxy again?
GeorgeExT Sorry we missed your comment. What we do is take a lighter and heat the guide foot and swipe it on guide foot adhesive (Hotglue stick). We then stick the guide on the blank. Watch from 2:50-3:30 th-cam.com/video/ofgn7m9j2Qw/w-d-xo.html
