I want this vehicle just based off who has owned it and the care it’s had. This man is extremely intelligent when it comes to these e90s and I’m sure he’s fine tuned and fixed any and every little quirk/gremlin in this car.

I have been watching every single e90 video over the years. That's why I bought my n54, 2 years ago. So it's a bit of a pity for me, as the "channel" car leaves. But glad the n54 platform will stay. Good luck selling the cars. Dutch regards, Nico

You are up there with the best of the best when it comes to modern BMWs and how to work on them and modify them. Love the channel and can’t wait to see what happens! You definitely have the skill to try something different such as a n63 engine. Now that would be amazing to see. You are also one of the few that works with the turbocharged area of Bmw as well and that’s very cool to see.

That's kinda sad to see it go but time flies and you don't want to be stuck with this car forever, I get it. Man, i learnt alot from u. My 1st mechanical fix was from hour video. Convinced my gf we can afford an e92 since their a big community for the e9x 335i.
We ens up fixing alot of stuff but also spent aalot because we didnt hve the tools time Nd need thw up Ns running asap.
If i lived in tge states 15 k is. A steal car ia mint and well maintain . Plus can alwahs get ur help lol

Love this car and always love the content you provide. I used to own an E36 M3 and currently regularly maintain an '07 335i for a friend. Your videos have helped greatly through the years. I've been looking to buy a 335i for the last few years. Knowing how much time and effort you have put into this one, I would love to own it myself.

Man I would of loved to buy this! I just bought an e93 a little over a month ago and have started modding it. Although there is a certain satisfaction of building a car yourself, it kills my back lol. Not looking forward to the eventual manual swap.
Would recommend getting the Pure600 cast turbos for $1900-2200 instead of the DAW turbos. I had the pures and they were great, and Pure is probably the best/most reputable non-oe twin turbo brand. My friend had the daw turbos installed at a reputable shop and they almost immediately started smoking. The owner/company refused to honor their "warranty" and tried to blame him for whatever he could to get out of making it right. Feel free to check other reviews/complains online, but for the same price I believe the Pures are the better choice.

Wow been following your channel for awhile I have a 2011 330 5X Drive M sport and it looks just like your car in space grey period I think it’s a beautiful colour and the M package just makes the NE 90 look so much better I still love my car with 83,000 miles owned it for seven years now purchased it in 2015 with 9000 miles The E 90 is just a special car I just azaa steering wheel

Wish you'd change your mind about n55s since they can handle the same power with upgrades, not trying to trigger anyone though. 🤷♂️ Sad to see the E90 go!
You spent more money on it than it’s worth. Only enthusiasts would do. In uk you pickup for less than 3k. Any extra you spend is for the buyer to keep. They might pay you 2% more if that .But the US market is; different and it would be a car with very low future problems I guess.

Did have a question. I have the same oil cooler upgrade as you. The o-rings don’t seem to be making a proper fit in the oil housing. I have read about thicker o-rings and it seems you just did his too?
Did you have any issues at first?
What size o-ring did you for the latest fix?

No issues at first but It was important to make sure the lines weren't under any stress, with the thicker o-rings they feel solid when bolted down so not sure why a larger o-ring wasn't included from the start. I'll lookup the exact size I used and report back.

Hey Vehicular DIY, can you do another DIY on "Sticky brakes"/Lurching/Soft Stop issue"?
This feature really annoying! When I come to almost a complete stop, car lurches forward. This makes the car shake when it's fully stopped and not a smooth stop. Or feel like someone just rearended me lightly.
Some people said that it can be programmed to delete the feature at the dealership. I think it also is called "hill assist" but it might be different.
Flawless. Man I just installed a stage 2+ dw400 lpfp my car starts and drives but it will randomly shut off. It'll idle but once I go to drive it shuts off. It will eventually start back up after about 10 15 minutes. Any idea of what the issue could be maybe fuel filter pressure reg, ekp issue? I really appreciate the info you've posted over the years and would really appreciate you experienced knowledge in this platform.
It will drive for a little bit but it will shut off randomly after about 5 10 minutes of driving

Hi there, I was wondering if you could help me out here. i currently own a 2008 E90 318i as you all know the n42 or 46 i forgot the engine but its crap, what engine could i swap it to with the simple swap? thanks.

Dont get an oil cooler just get the BMS low temp oil cooler valve.

Hey, have you run into any issues with the AFS? I’ve been trying to troubleshoot my E92 and I’m struggling a bit to find info on diagnosis procedures
No surprisingly I haven't, are you getting an error? If so does the assist stop?
@@VehicularDIY yeah I’ve got an error for it and I can pull it with protools but the definitions I can find for the error code seem to be vague. It first disables afs then once I get past 15mph traction and abs follows suit but that may be a separate issue since it doesn’t fault right away like the abs does. Working on other peoples work is making it a little harder to pinpoint. Found part of the harness was repaired but the wires swapped around so I redid their work. It also looks to have an earlier afs rack with the lower sensor in the bottom of the rack although it’s not used in this year
The code description comes back to the actuator signal, although the more difficult thing for me is discerning if they are referring to the rack itself or the clutch solenoid on it

You didn't do sidemirrors. They are pre-lci
Yeah I kind of like the look of the pre-lci but the LCI are nice also.
Pre-Lci has nicer mirrors which look more like the M3 ones. I think they changed them on the LCI so the M3 stands out more.
