    LADY! My VA Regina is getting so inspired by the VA Academy - she's already tracking my social networks, strategizing our big offerings, and recommending content development. And I'm totally copying from your Trello boards as I'm watching this actual video! ps. Your leg muscles are FIERCE.

      Yay! I'm so happy for you! Go Regina! And thanks for the leg compliment!☺️🦵🦵🦵

    I love that you have different VAs for different things. I haven’t started my business yet but I was nervous that I would have to do multiple things. Thanks for sharing?

    Busy noting down all the helpful things from that video - including the clever webcam holder, the inbox organisation and your use of Trello. Thanks - just subscribed for more!

    great video, its all the little logistics of 'how' it actually goes that keep tripping me up. PS. very interested in that webcam holder. I always want to see what someone's screen/camera setup looks from the other side!
    And also curious, assuming most of your team is in a much different time zone, how do you deal with the team meeting?

      Hi Dena...that webcam holder is here (affiliate link) : www.plexicam.com/#a_aid=frontrow I love it b/c it allows me to have a Zoom meeting with someone and look them in the eyes, because I can lower the camera down to my level. Their website will show you what I mean. Re: timezones, that's a great question. We found a time that worked for all of us. I didn't just set the time and say "be there". 9am my time is 9pm their time, and it works for everyone. Thanks for the great questions!

      @@Jenlehnermedia Thanks! I definitely need one of those. Wish I had it last week recording a presentation where I needed a teleprompter. It is excruciating to try to talk to a camera like its a person. Human instinct is to look into someone's eyes!

    New subscriber here 😊 Thankful I found your videos through the search. I am fairly new to VA and doing my best to absorb all the knowledge I can to provide and be the best VA. Any suggestions with being new to this, what can I do to land that first client?

    Thank you for this - super helpful! I've been devouring all your free content (TH-cam, podcasts, etc) about hiring a VA and eager for more. Will the Front Row CEO program be reopening? Or is there a way to purchase a self-study version with the materials and recordings?

    • @Jenlehnermedia
      @Jenlehnermedia  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you Jamila! There is a self study version available. Email support at support@jenlehner.com and we'll send you more info.

    Where, not exactly, but where is your office? A shred space, typical office, etc. How did you choose your office space. Post COVID different that pre-COVID?

    • @Jenlehnermedia
      @Jenlehnermedia  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      My office is in an office building about 6 minutes from my house. It's awesome! I was looking for a space that could also serve as a sort of recording studio, b/c I do a lot of videos and podcasts. So it had to have good light. I wasn't in this space pre-Covid so I can't speak to what it was like in this building prior, but all the offices around me are filled with lawyers, therapists, financial people. It's really nice to be near people again. (I worked from home, always, but prior to being a mom, I worked in a "real" office setting.

    Do you find your productivity has levelled up with having an office that's not in the house!?

      It’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I love it so much!
