Actually she kind of just shows up at the first encounter when they mention the big three, saying that she followed you, she totally is playing that she doesn’t care about you so that you give her intrest lmao
@@Butterzzzz She's not...in EA the Emperor forces thoughts in her mind to come to you. She didn't get sleep in days,saying the voices are overwhelming her and she sees only red... It was...rather brutal,the way she acted,prone to strike and jump with a dagger in her belt. You could kill her there or...recruit her by letting her rest.. Now she follows you at the bridge because the artifact's forcing her..or the Emperor. Should you not recruit her,the artifact is on you next day/days and your PC remarks it was Shadowheart's. She's probably getting the Bae'Zel treatment if you play Shadowheart Origin.
She moves to the Grove if you don't talk to her by the door, even if you long rest before talking to her. If they thought of it, they would have had a unique dialogue for you coming through the door instead of her just vanishing and teleporting to the Grove...
@@RoachRoaches They still had to put the flag for her to move in the event of interacting with this door. So they did expect us to do this, still, it would be more interesting to get a new dialogue out of it
@@RoachRoaches The very fact that Shadowheart moved to the grove if you enter from the other location is evidence that they did anticipate someone doing that. If they didn't expect you to do that, then Shadowheart would still be there and the cutscene would play as if Shadowheart were still trying to get through the door. This is what happens in other parts of the game when you do stuff out of order or otherwise bypass the ways the developers expected you to encounter that situation.
@michasokoowski6651 There isn't a trigger for that door specifically. Her moving location triggers when the player leaves the area. Weather you long rest, enter the goblin camp, enter the spider matriarch's cave, etc... Basically, any 'door' that leads to a loading screen triggers her to teleport to the Grove. In my opinion, if they had expected this, they would have had a special dialogue for it. Considering how many hidden dialogues there are in this game.
@@RoachRoaches Based on this video: There is astarion near her, person switches to main character and she isn't there when they move through the door towards her. So based on it, it seems it's proximity based on top of being based on changing locations with additional flag of using this door. Also, goblin camp is yet another thing because it forces a cutscene with her.
There is like an interview of the game director talking about all the possibilities of meeting shadowheart and they had to account for every creative player.
I'm guessing if you leave her at the grove then her next encounter will have her struggling to open a jar of pickles.
