Very, very happy for the whole team. Every day you guys put it all out there, and it was excellent teamwork. Really love these videos. Thanx so much. Looking fwd to La Vuelta!
Creative, Positive Energy and Highly Skilled Chef - Key Staff member to keep the Team rolling day after day. Another great video episode😎 CONGRATS to the King of the Mountain Team - Richard put on a Master Class in the last week + Team Strategy to support him was so much fun to watch. Chapeau
World Tour races generally start later in the day, much later than a normal amateur event. Stage 20 started at 1:35PM. Some stages start as early as 11:20AM, but 1:35 was the latest this year outside of the final TT.
You guys come on... yes of course they burn more than 3-4kcals per day, its not even possible to finish a 4hr stage at those speeds at under 1000kcal per hour. They are not low on budget, nor are they low on science. This is 3-4kcals AFTER all of the sports nutrition product. You see the clip from Powless where he clearly shows 4 gels in the pocket and 2 bottles of mix (which would be about 950-1000kcal) to be the bare minimum in his pocket to start the race as he is going straight for the break. Multiply that combo by 5 hrs, about 5000kcal burned during the race, and then you add these 3-4000 Cal of "normal food" (which is a lot of food especially when you have only around 6 hours to eat it all before bedtime :)
Such a horrible unhealthy way to eat. Processed carbs, sugary fruit, no meat, minimal fat, synthetic gels and powders. Combined with the extreme stress of training and racing = accelerated aging.
Richard Caraapaaaaaaaaz - KING of the mountain
Will I miss the Tour? Yes. Will I miss these EF videos more? YES!!!!
Respect the chef - he has a lot of pressure on his shoulders fuelling the entire team for 3 weeks straight.
Very happy for EF and Richard. Congratulations!!!
What a great Tour for EF. Always animating the racing and easy to pick out the PINK kits. Thrilling.
Thanks again for this great inside. Everyone in the Teams counts and you made everyone visible.
Great made content! Thanks for sharing! And - great work even from the foodtruck chief!
Congrats Richard Carapaz what a superb third week in the mountains!

To make even higher calorie pancakes you can replace part or all of the flour with peanut butter. It's delicious!

You guys, I was hoping for a final podcast and vlog to wrap everything up😢💖
Feeling weirdly orphan without the daily vids.
Caffeine Valhalla may be my new favourite expression
I too will be adding Caffeine Valhalla to my lexicon ☕️⚡️⚡️⚡️
Does anybody know what the yellow band on left arm signifies? I know Rapha is clothing sponsor. Great look inside fueling the riders.
This food looks amazing!! 😋
great choice of music chef owen
Awesome
Wow, I see that it’s 12:30 on the clock in the bus and they haven’t started yet? I thought the stages started way earlier.

Now I wanna ride the tour to just eat what they are eating
Are there any vegetarians or vegans on the team? Do they get specific food just for themselves?
I doubt there any cyclists that are vegan in the peleton
@@glizzy9596as far as i know, Simon Geschke is vegan
@@tobifidl7415 yes, and Michael Storer too, I think

Lots of Iron in the steak, riders need that after a race depleting iron.
Can you share the recipe 🙌
Dots for dazzzze!
Great to see pro teams using plant based milk, cool! Oatly is the best...
these guys definitely racing on bread and water
Andrea Picolo had the best food for Carapaz o well next year

Go Carrot-pants !😅
Only 3,000-4,000 calories a day?? I would’ve guess at least 4,000 or MORE!! 🤔
I guess I'll have to get a life when EF's exceptional Tour race tv ends...........big sigh.🤣
🎉🎉🎉🚵🏽👑
Get a Good Old English Breakfast 🇬🇧 🍳 in there Belly 🖖
That ain’t enough food. Only 3-4k cals a day? They probably burn more than that
Yeah EF is low budget team severely lacking in sports science, you can see interviews with the Jumbo nutritionist to see the difference
That‘s only the “real” food they’ll eat. You also need to add the cals from bars, gels and the bottles

Testosterone, amphetamines, corticosteroids, erythropoietin, banana pancakes
How to waffle in the TDF. lost interest 2 mins in.
Oatlty is full of rapeseed oil...
Why is he feeding Tour riders fake food? Oat milk? Really? 🤮
He touches his tooth pick and then touches the food and cutlery. That’s disgusting
Every cook is up their own arse. "Chef"... You a cook, bruv! Get over yourself.
You never hear anybody refer to a surgeon as such.
An absolute chore to consume that amount of food AND to prepare it!
I bet TdF bathrooms are….🫨
