iPod is a bad choice IMO.
Still I'm using an iPad mini Wifi No Retina display and it's only RM 999
It's better than the iPod touch.

Thanks for the information, but you can also make high-quality audio and/or visual calls with Face Time, and for texting, you an just use the Messaging app. And although it may cost a bit more it’s totally worth it
I see you are confused. iMessage can only send messages to other Apple devices but not Androids. FaceTime also cannot call Android devices. iMessage does not send text messages , only digital text to Apple devices. You cannot use FaceTime to call a home number for example. However with this app you can make a real call to a home number or android and send a real text message to android devices.
Thank you for that information. At first I disagreed with you, but then I remembered that once on iMessages I tried to text my friend who uses Android, but it didnt work. I though my iPod was broken but now I just found out that that could be the issue. Thanks again!!
No problem. It’s a common mistake. This is one of the reasons why everyone is using Facebook messenger and WhatsApp to message people since it works on both iPhone and Android (however those 2 are still not real text message , just digital)

My question is about my IPod 5th gen. Everything is in English except my messenger. I went into settings. Tried to hit English again even though it said English. But my messenger is still in Swedish I think. Any suggestion as to how to get rid of the foreign language in MESSENGER??
Easy fix. Just delete the app and download again.... Make sure your Apple ID is with the US Apple store
what if you cant send someone text anymore it says "not sent, try again" how do you fix that?

how about this app which is free and you don't need any credits . You can make calls and send text message without any credits , much better. So why pay for credits with textplus, when you can do everything for FREE with textme or FreeTone

All you need is FreeTone for texting and calling!!!!!!! The downside for this app is that it has a lot of ads on it.
also. the messages that you send and receive won't be save in the freetone server meaning if you uninstall the app and install the freetone app on another device, the messages will be gone on your account.

I don't understand why you need these two apps when you can just use FreeTone,, that can CALL and TEXT for free. No need for textme.
