I would like to add one extra note for wizards: Use Storm Armor. The lightning strikes hit enemies at a really good distance away, happen constantly, and refresh the killstreak timer. Pretty much as long as there is an enemy anywhere on the screen, even slightly off screen, the kill streak won't end. And it happens fully automatically.
I'm returning to play season 28 leading up to the release of Diablo 4 having not played for years. I watched some of Rax's levelling guides and had no idea what he was doing with the witch doctor and pre-buying the items up to level 18. Thanks for such a clear explanation.

Rhykker sums em up with picture to picture explanation and breakdown of these great guide creators so even a dumass like me can understand. Much appreciate all of em putting work for us.
Here is the todo-list i'll go for. Not going for the necro cheese, since I don't have the expension & feel bad to do the strat!
1. Do Challenge rift, open it now 2. Unlock season 28 1rst seal (double masacre bonus). Altar is top of city act 1 3. Get lvl 18: - Steal follower weapon - buy everyuthing from seller act1 - craft a pieces in blacksmith. that are < 11 - go for the cube. Act 3: runis of sescheron, try to maintain masacre bonus. - get the cube. if you are not lvl 18 go Act 2: Temple of the firstborn lvl 1 and get it 3. Unlock season 28 2nd seal (remove item lvl). - The hard part is to get the diamond gems - Drop the game at normal difficulty. - Look for 2 specefic bounty on act 2. Kill Zoltun kull Or Kill magda. Easy top get gems - the the gem to get the seal. 5. Craft a lvl 70 yellow weapon. Upgrade it into the cube. 6. Equip it, feels the powaaa. 7. Get lvl 70 Solo: Best way to keep masacre bonus Act 2: Temple of the firstborn lvl 1 Group, might be better to do Cursed chest bounty: massacre is doable tho. Act1: Cursed Bellows (Halls of Agony) Cursed Cellar (The old runis) Cursed Court (Cathedral lvl 2) Act2: Cursed Spire/ Cursed pit (Archives of Zoltun) Cursed Moors (Shrouded Moors) Cursed temple (Temple of the firstborn lvl 1) Act3: Cursed Garrison (The battlefields) Cursed Bailey (Ruins of Sescheron) Act4: none Act5: Cursed Peat (Path of the drowned)

Another reason to save the Challenge Rift cache is if you play both regular and HC. (Racing for all 1050 achievement points) If you open the cache on your toon, it is not a wait until next Monday but a wait until the Monday after that as you will need at least three caches to unlock the 15th seals on both regular and HC.

Very interesting video. I'm always amazed at how different other people approach to games is from mine and how they come up with amazing strategies. If I decide to join season I'll play my usual way (which means: no planning, just go random XD ) and check out how long it takes in comparison. For Barbarian: what about weapon throw > ricochet and Overpower > storm of steel? Both of these help you hit enemies at range and keep up the kill streak.
One note on gambling with barbarian, do it after you craft your weapon. If you hit Bastions for frenzy, it's better to gamble belts for the frenzy belt since it now buffs frenzy damage as well!!!
I have not played this since it came out on console... now that the diablo beta is over this is going to be my filler until launch. Thanks for the helpful videos.

Perhaps I am wrong, but judging by my previous experience of being paragon 800+ on saturday every last season, I think waiting for cache on monday is not worth it. I totally loved the idea of doing Torment 1 bounty cache run on lvl 1 necro, using mats from Cache to upgrade blacksmith to 9-11 and then using the lvl 57 or higher weapon I craft at blacksmith to level up a fresh character. Perhaps it's gonna make my overall levelling half an hour to one hour slower, but I cannot imagine what's gonna stop me from upgrading my altar to full on sunday if I play for 8-10 hours a day. That seems absolutely impossible.
I am one of the people that always forgets there even is a challenge rift. The first one I get will have to be saved just because I will probably forget later. I have a note on my screen to do the challenge rift as soon as I make a seasonal character. It may take me all weekend to even accomplish it.
Gems will drop at lvl 1 from Gem Gobs....it's rare, but I've seen it when getting the Cube, which is usually the first thing I do when a season starts....well after the Challenge Rift and the crafting/gambing/upgrading part.
i wish i could find something like this for non season characters cus all the guides i find have been for the various seasons that has been and seasonal characters within those but none i have found for non seasonal
also, a nice tip from wudijo. once you hit "lvl 18 - t6 god mode, it's a good time to lvl with bounties, especially act 1 (for a chance to get the 2 rorgs). because you won't get to t6 for a while after 70
great vid i personally would reccomend for the demon hunter 2 gamble blood shards at lvl 34 for the ninth stachel to make you take off more at 70 since getting 2 70 with season buff if going 2 be really really fast with using cashe. Watch raxx vid imo for nec lvling do not talk to enchantress till lvl 11
I worry about corpse explosion on console. Abilities that work best when they're targeted aren't super reliable on console. It's usually what's closest to you.....or whatever corpse is the most inconvenient. There's this little voice in the back of my head that keeps saying "Haunt at 12" for the Act 2 T1 bounties at the start to get the cache and one DB to open up the blacksmith. IDK how comparable the 1-18 necro is to the 1-18 WD. I saw wudijo's runs and the WD was faster for 1-18, but a little more squishy. Haunt tends to find unhaunted targets, but you get Corpse Explosion much sooner.

Could anyone recommend a guide for the *next* step in fast levelling? In the past, I've kept up with the leaders to level 70. Like I'm 68 when someone first hits 69, I'm 69 when they hit 70, and then just as I'm about to hit level 70 the announcements start showing up that the first GR 100 was cleared and I'm just bewildered. I'll spend the next 10-15 hours just unlocking my haedrig's gift, and even then I'm only ready for GR70 or so.

can you show me how to report a bug. blizzard takes me to forums but there is no place to write and send issue. I only get a drop list of unrelated topics. all items in inventory, haedrig inventory and items collected display level 1 even though I am level 70 necro. Cannot craft a level 70 item which prevents completing chapter 2 season. This is only for season characters.

How do you have so much in game money? 😮 I played the campaign with a wizard during last season, now I’m levelling up a DH but money started from scratch it seems 😢 I struggle to get enough to train the Armory and craft some items

i think there's some cross-mashed-up info here. if you aren't doing t1 for the "save cache" method, doing a kanai's cube run on master/hard, will by no means get you to 18.. topping that with temple of the unborn runs, just so you can get to 18, just so you can then get to 18 reallly fast on your other char... i dunno, i think you aren't gaining much, compared to just doing it once with your main char. just my 2 cents

Does anyone know when we get the pre-order bonus cosmetics? I preordered on console, season 28 has begun, Challenge marker popped and said reward wings and pet. Inventory, no wings, no pet, is it just me?

Weapon throw is the best generator to use for exactly the reason you stated!

Orrrrrr I get no lvl requirement for gear and as a splodey Necro I run a T6 and lvl just as fast while getting more of resources for the alter.

Why a level 19 weapon? At 18 you can get the unlock to use a level 70 weapon.
Does this work for brand new players? Not just a new seasonal character

Don't get rid of your bag until you need to. It sounds really dumb to handicap yourself by saving the bounty for a future problem

i think there's some cross-mashed-up info here. if you aren't doing t1 for the "save cache" method, doing a kanai's cube run on master/hard, will by no means get you to 18.. topping that with temple of the unborn runs, just so you can get to 18, just so you can then get to 18 reallly fast on your other char... i dunno, i think you aren't gaining much, compared to just doing it once with your main char. just my 2 cents

you forgot to make sure people MAKE A NEW CHARACTER .... THEN do the challenge rift... I think you dont get it if you did not make a new hero first

Does anyone know when we get the pre-order bonus cosmetics? I preordered on console, season 28 has begun, Challenge marker popped and said reward wings and pet. Inventory, no wings, no pet, is it just me?
@@LuffySama04 Sorry, I should have clarified. Pre-order of Diablo 4. One of the bonuses is Inarius Wings and a Pet in Diablo 3. I pre-ordered on xbox before the new year, and I have yet to get the bonus cosmetics.
