regarding problems with early game ammo reserve you could look buying for Ammo Box items in the vendors' MISC section which sometimes they have they usually have their own downsides like dealing less damage but also puts less strain on your gun, and of course when you buy these large amount of these ammunition is deposited in your inventory, there's also the Surplus variants for 5.56mm and 5mm rounds which deals 15% more damage at the cost of x3 wear rate on your guns
I believe you can use rushing water on non automatic weapons like rifles and pistols to increase attack speed and im must be sure thats not a chem, just a drink. I suggest you for the next build going for stealth since max sneak with silent running must do a trick against any enemy to be near them so close like deathclaws.
@@poormansproductions2402 Im late but doesnt using rushing water count as chems because you craft it with a chem? Also survivalist rifle with rushing water clears anything in the game in 10 bullets easy( maybe not the fat bloatfly).
Ah yes, finally, another great video. And even better, its not energy weapons or melee, but guns. Guns in NV are pretty fun, and with your video style, its fun to watch man. Kudos Edit: Make a separate video for the Ulysses's theme. That was an absolute banger, really fits the atmosphere when the courier finally meets their counterpart.
@@poormansproductions2402thanks man, really appreciate it And kudos for doing the most unconventional guns run. Most people rush to Gun Runners for Medicine Stick and Riot Shotgun. But you really made a great use of the 9mm smg, lmg and thompson. Great run man. Consider doing shotguns only run sometime, shotgun in NV are pretty cool.
I prefer a 3571969 split with built to destroy and small frame since the regen implant and charisma implant are worthless. with crit perks and some intense training investment I usually end with a special stat spread of 6681(10)(10)(10). With the reinforced spine and weapon handling I can use every gun in the game have stonewall for Lanius and have enough perk points to basically annihilate with Vats and Crits.
If you go for max crit build then it's better to go for 8 luck, since you're gonna be wearing Lucky Shades for another point. Strength is always extra carrying capacity for more garbage xd
Interesting you don't go for the unique battle rifle "this machine", but I guess getting the all american that early invalidates getting it in the first place.
I got it on stream, but I don’t think it’s that strong honestly. On the other hand, it’s definitely more than adequate so you could just go for style points.
@@poormansproductions2402 A Light Shinning in Darkness, Maria, Ranger Sequoia and That Gun are great options, those excel with fast shot and built to destroy, along with run 'n gun and rapid reload
Yo, what build would you recommend for logan's loophole trait? Even more specific question, what build would you reccomend for logan loophole with jsawyer mod where lvl cap is at 21
Chems make any build work so you should just go with whatever you find fun. Max fire rate on heavy weapons might be interesting with turbo matrix shenanigans, clearing groups of enemies before the first body even hits the ground.
@@poormansproductions2402 on subject of chems. I wonder how will basically prrmament steady work with shotguns, maybe multiplas rifle would be a killer? Seeing how this gun has beast stats but is handicapped by accuracy
Honestly i don't like how NV combined small guns and big guns in one skill. For both heavy weapons dude and sneaky sniper you just need to dump points in one skill, making game much easier.
The perks you choose and clothes make the build more specified though, sneaking and crit perks and stats help out more with snipers and semi auto or bolt actions that usually multiply crits very well, whereas machine guns and subs don’t multiplying crits well at all etc. so instead of a lot of the perks he chose, choose ones that help multiply crit chances instead, have better agility and luck, etc. and don’t go based just off a weapons base damage.
from what i've seen, he follows a pattern of picking perks like travel light, rad child, toughness, finesse and etc. Sure the boost is nice early on but depending on the situation it might not be as useful, and overall perks like that mostly serve to add on top of an already finished build, which he considers to be around 12-20 in Fallout 3 and 16-28 in New Vegas, but he moves on to another build instead of sitting on that one until the level cap.
We getting out the Mojave w this one 💯🔥

A lot of people don't appreciate gun builds enough in FNV
There can never be enough FNV runs

That's good stuff, I had some things in mind that would spice up a sneak build, but still need more testing.

Makes sense, they probably wanted to keep the no. of skills the same so I can see why they did it though.
