The thing people don't seem to realize or point out is, Star Strider didn't know until the end that Twibutt didn't sign up for all of that stuff, and the moment he did he stood up for her and backed off.

The return of Iron Will completely surprised me.
(It probably surprised a lot of fans).
Josh Blackwell I barley remember characters like him so I didn't know he was in another episode
Kitty Quinn He was in Season 2's "Put your hoof down". It was the episode where Fluttershy was over assertive and made Pinkie & Rarity cry.

Hehe I also thought Cadence and Twilight Velvet were similar in that they love adventures and I thought, "OMG, Shining married someone like his mom" lol. That does happen a lot in my family. My sister-in-law has traits my mom has lol.

Actually, with Iron Will jumping off, no one is really piloting the zeppelin anymore, which means they will probably crash into Canterlot at the end.

I loved how real the lesson was, so good. And I was shocked to see Iron Will again, never would have thought we'd see him again, although I shouldn't have been so surprised, MLP likes to bring characters back previous episodes after all. And Spike was so great! The fact that he was willing to stay behind to let Twilight be with her family on the cruise was just so amazing to see from him, Twilight needs to pay him back in some way, maybe some nice gems or something for him. Overall a good episode, great reaction and can't wait for more! XD.

I thought this episode was great. Definitely one of my favs of the season hehe. Now we just need more development from Rarity's parents and I'll be happy hehe.

I honestly thought Star Tracker's name was a reference to Star Trek, in particular, their fan base since that show has avid fans lol.

Yeah, I made that Star Trek connection while editing. I feel like that was the intention, but missed it first time around.

One thing no one seems to address. If Iron Will has abandoned the Zeppelin, which pony is actually qualified to land a Zeppelin without a pilot? I like to imagine Twilight was enjoying a final peaceful moment with her family before she and Cadence had to work together to keep the ship from crashing into Canterlot, much to the pleasure of all the other princess-loving ponies.
As I was watching a rainbow factory video I stumble across this channel and video. Your channel is awesome and this series is funny. I'm not a MLP fan but I like to watch it some times. Keep up the good work!

This was an amazing ep, and yeah, this is F&MF done RIGHT! Actually treating the fans like real ponies rather then strawmen assholes. And having them be reasonable about things. Plus that lesson... so perfect, and seeing Cadance comforting Twi like that..... just everything was so damn good. Also, yes Velvet is amazing mom. Now we need an ep of her, Windy Whistles, and Mrs. Shy all going to Las Pegasus.

Am I the only one who likes iron will even if he’s a jerk unlike flim and flam he’s no con artist he legitimately gets his things he gave twillights mom the paper that outlined everything he never tried to hide anything from her or even tried to manipulate her or encourage her not to read everything he just gave her the paper offering the free cruise and she signed it it’s not his fault that she didn’t think to read the whole paper and he kept his promise to her so he has every right to expect them to promote his cruise since he kept his promise twilight should have asked if the contract gave him the right to announce whatever he wanted about the princesses he could at least ask twilight if those things were true

Creepy fancolt or not Star Tracker did at the end show potential possibilities with his character during the ice cream scene. Whether he appears again or not, i do hope he does, he does have potential for future episodes and i would like to see his character actually grow and become a part of the side cast to the mane 6.
I'm usually okay with characters returning, but I think seeing the fanboy come back and be a recurring part of the star's life would actually undermine part of the lesson here. There are many characters introduced in the past few seasons who I'd be more open to seeing again.
True, but at the episode end he went from fanboy to truly respecting Twilight as an individual and I don't mean a common reappearance like Starlight is, I mean more along the lines of Thorax level of reappearance. Rare enough that the character doesn't get tiring but common enough that they stay relevant in some way. A somewhat close comparison of this character to Twilight would be how Scootaloo was with Rainbow Dash in the early episodes of the series.
