This version is the prettiest out of the three holiday Barbies for 2021 in my opinion, and I definitely plan to buy it soon. I'm not so crazy about the dress, though, but that's no big deal because I would just put the doll in different clothing, anyway, and her design is impeccable. I also really love how how the hair is braided, especially.
Shes definitely pretty. I like the chest armor, and the sleeves and Mattel using any other color aside from red they did for a while. I dont really like the eyeshadow, and i do wish the hairstyle was pulled into an up do or something. I love the twists but with half up pony makes me think she's going to the gym. And I just wish they used a darker shade of red for her lips, but all in all I love the sculpt. My favorite one from this lineup is the kira 💖💖💖
Don't laugh but the pigtail Millie fashionista is really my plastic seratonin. I love her so much I have like 8 of her so far. It's like they finally fixed all my issues with the typical Millie play line screening. It's subtle, but it means a lot to me haha. Can't wait to get this June too. She's stunning!
I Absolutely love this doll but when is Barbie going to bring this level of quality to the play line Because Barbie extra is at decent place but it just doesn't complete with other doll lines so I feel like if Barbie really wants to complete with MGA they should reconsider BMR 1959 because according to the renderings of Wave 3 those dolls had a lot of potential or they could just simply release a new fashionista line and be consistent with the quality this time

May pick one up, I usually like to get my holidays second hand if at all or cruise clearance, but for the June sculpt with baby hair I'll make an exception maybe. Baby hair is like my favorite thing that doll companies can do lately, it just makes me more excited about a doll.
I’m excited for the Kira and June faces this year. I’ll probably just get one, and I’m leaning towards Kira. It’s good to know the screening is not pixelated. The dress is decent, but not much for the price. These Holiday dolls cost $60 in Canada, so I’m hoping I can get one on sale. I say make her what you want; I’m just glad they mix up the molds so we get variety.
Someone I knew use to refer to the “latina” variants as “tropical” as it covers more types of people. I often say “brunette” I definitely see this holiday Kira as asian. She is so beautiful.
June's face paint is amazing. And those brows! Why dresses no one wants for holiday Barbie vs cool winter outfits people actually wear? Because Mattel is that out of touch. They literally think we buy for the dress vs in spite of it. This isn't the 1980s. And these look like 80s dresses still

It's funny, I've seen the Kira doll at 2 Walmarts, but not the other ones. I think she's stunning, I even love the dress. This is the first Holiday doll I've ever wanted, but I'm willing to wait for a sale hehe.
Omg I feel lucky to have found her at Ross for about $5!! she had no plastic packaging I think someone took her out with the cardboard backing piece still attached with all the little plastic fasteners, she had all her accessories and the clear shoes thank god! And they let me have her for SUPER cheap and this was during Christmas 2022 I feel more lucky to have her now!
I respectfully disagree. :-) I think the June face sculpt looks great on all different skintones! I have the June pink-haired fashionista and she has a light caramel skintone and I think she looks fabulous. I also have the Hudson Bay Barbie and she has a "caucasian" looking skintone and she's gorgeous as well.

I've seen her bald head being sold by some indonesian sellers for 3 dollars (it's in my shopping cart right know). I was just curious to know wich skin tone would match her. I was affraid her tone was a pain to match such as the Rainbow fashionista... but I'm glad to know the lavender top mtm matches her! She is gorgeous * - * These dolls cost something equivalent to 120 dollars (I'm from Brazil). That's too much for a head xD Well I really don't like the eyeshadow... I can reroot her braided hairstyle back, I like it a lot. Oh, and yes, I have several versions of some dolls, but each of them I change their hairstyle. I don't like to have "twins", so I usually reroot them to make them a bit different from each other. For example, I really love Generation Girl Tori, I have 5 of her and everytime I see another one at a good price, I'm tempted to buy it xD

So did anyone notice how very little hair this doll has in the back? My doll has so many bald spots in the back and hardly any braids. I paid $40 for a bald barbie.. Definitely returning her to the store. So disappointed 😞
