I made a custom baler last year myself. Just say your video. I did add a mechanism to kick out the bales and used 6x6 round plates for the later bales. I like the shaping on your baler, check out mine....

Here’s an idea for a mechanism: use the technic beams on the top lid, put another one that goes into the baler compartment, so when you lift the lid, it pushes the bale towards the door and the hinge door would drop down putting the bale out, so the lid goes up and the lift arm goes into the compartment.. Overall though, the design is superb!
