Best now working goes as follows: First place a wall, floor or ceiling etc. Then place a trap. Second, upgrade the build once, then place second trap. Third, upgrade build second time and place thrid trap. This can be the same trap 3 times, or 3 different ones. All trigger normally. Try ceiling tires times three and wooden floorspikes times three and have fun🎉
