@TravelerPat I'd assume you watch a lotta TVB dramas but few Cantonese movies. Daniel Wu ONLY does movies back in HK. you won't see the guy on tv unless it's press release, commercial or something promoting his latest work or something.
As a black brother I agree. Not in a way that's racist but like for an example... I'm from Houston and a lot( not most) of asian people that are younger under the ages 25...... they tend to become white wash and I think that effects a lot of traditional things and values.
Not being racist to white people but I just saying a lot of people from other countries when they come to America they traditions tend to get watered down a lot.
@@BigSnipp honestly because I been to jail for 3 years ( not bragging) I don't look at it racist but if you do racist things that's different. I honestly I'm not a racist bias black person. Do I think blacks should stick together yes.. do I think blacks should act superior to other races even when we realize real history. Fuck no.
Can’t believe my eyes! OMG! It’s Daniel Wu in China Mac tv. Thank you Mac for blessing us with this legend presence on your show. Just saw him in Westworld this summer and l will never forget how bad ass he was “Into the Badlands”. Love you Daniel Wu❤️
He seems waaaaaay too down to earth, knowing the fact that he is one of the top actors in China, also a superstar in Hollywood, I can’t even imagine seeing him walking on the street in China, he would’ve be surrounded by 50 guards just imagine😭😭
@@leonardozhong1672 He is friends of my family and when we go to Chinese restaurants we invite him and he can't even show up because the amount of people asking for autographs is insane.
Love this vid!!! Mad respect for making this!! Finally, I get to hear China Mac speaking Cantonese!!! Glad I understood everything said :D!! And with Daniel Wu, one of my all time favorite Hong Kong actors :D!!! Followed his work since Gen-X cops when I was a little kid!!! This is way too awesome!! So glad I caught this on my youtube feed!!! Hope you can get an interview with more Hong Kong superstars!! Thank you for sharing this!!
two legends! so excited to see you two boys get together on the street! wow crazy content~ you guys both have a great disposition and are Chinese legends for sure.
Yo china max I’m so happy for you king keep going man you deserve all of this I wanna see you in the movies and I hope someday you’ll be number one on the charts
Daniel is so cool, very down to earth, easy going, very knowledgeable and great guy to hang around with. Thx China Mac for bringing Daniel into this episode and sharing your stand with the Asian people on the way. Yea you are both legends! Great stuff guys. We ask for more like this..keep them coming
Daniel Wu is Cool AF, I ran into him in Berkeley while I was working. Didn't even know it was him at first! Then he looked at me... I'll never forget. Glad to have met him for a small moment.
This is the first time I saw someone said "We get treated as ONE, we should fight as ONE"! Great episode, thanks Mac, please keep doing what you are doing!
Being from LA, my friends growing up were from all walks of life. black, Hispanic, white, all kinds of Asian including Chinese and whoever else is cool with us. Don’t think you’re hated out here!
I think a lot of people don't realize how big he is in China and Hongkong. He is basically the the equivalent of Brad Pitt over there---he is a household name and the very embodiment of what it is to be handsome
What the both of you have done is bring awareness to our people and let other Asian people know that we are not alone in this fight against Asian hate.. believe me the younger generation is listening and I’m not just talking about Asian people.. all cultures are wanting Asian hate and crime to Stop! Keep raising your voice and continue bringing awareness!
Awww chopped liver moment *hugs* Salute 🙏 Daniel Wu for recognizing your TCBUA movement for being the first to speak up for our community ✊ I appreciate you Mac 哥哥 sooooooooooooooo much 💯 Ooooo free lunch 🥢
grew up watching both mac and his music and Daniel in his films. they are both an inspiration to the asian community and i respect them for what they do. i'd be so hype to see them in person together.
Good to see 2 successful and intelligent Asian brothers repping for the community. We real Asians need more of this type of exposure. Too many imports and sell outs just out there tryna make all us Asians look goofy and shit tf
love this show!! and having Daniel Wu made this episode that much better. Yes, crime is out of control everywhere. I dont even leave my home, only to work and the grocery store. God bless and stay safe everyone!
Bro Finally some Chinese people - we want to see u connect with more Chinese people like this - well done! Keep it up. Check out “Chinatown Stories” which interviews some of the people from NY tongs - think you may find it interesting as I really did
Asked him about making a video with Fung bros a while back, he responded and said they havent answered; not suprised... alot of these asians dont want to fuck with Mac because where he came from and his aggressivness... it makes me happy to see him with someone like Daniel.
@@manchuk1d ye agree - i was thinking more channels which deal more with "history of chinatown" like this th-cam.com/channels/c8TYPZeoq0qqOT32OEwtGg.html
American Chinese people be too soft what's why lol by Chinese I mean typical asians, but mostly Chinese. Mac has plenty of episodes where he connects with the Southeast Asian Brothers. I feel like it's his own kind who always seem to act too good for him. Which is probably why he may be like fuck em. Case and point, in this video when they were eating in the restaurant, old head who paid for their meal didn't acknowledge China Mac at all. He didn't have to know who Mac was he could've did some polite interaction though. And if he had some sense, he'd notice there's a camera man and who's show it was, and whos show hes interrupting. It's typical of an old head like that to look down on someone who looks like Mac, thuggish. Anytime I've seen him interact with Chinese who isn't on a mutual note worthy status, it's with some one boujee who he's has to debate against or something haha.
@@manchuk1d hell yeah shouts out to Daniel Wu for being on a Mac episode. And if that's true about the Fung bros, that's disappointing. I wonder what it is.
Chinese and other immigrants and minorities have the same thing in common the struggle. Give or make opportunities to the generations ahead of us. as a mixed kid born in the late 70’s I went through the same adversities in life. But I gave my kids everything I lacked in life support and guidance 🙏
Fam why do you have us waiting so long? This is absurd lol. Just play the video fam. But I'm really excited to see Daniel Wu cuz Into the Badlands is one of my fav shows ever.
I respect China mac so much, not only because of his music, but also he's trying to make an effort to help the world understand the asian culture behind it. From a environment where he can say N-word to adapt. To make a commitment to not to say the N-word to guide the young ones. You can see the process of a mature inner thought. I hope one day i can see a episode that he's back in China to find his roots. that would be a dope one.
I love how rooted Daniel Wu is despite being an international superstar. Great episode!
Was thinking the same. Quite aware of whats goin on and wise forsure.
IF YOU NOTICED WHAT KIND OF PERSON CHINA MAC IS, YOU CAN SEE THROUGH HIS BUM A$$, HE JUST WANTS FREEBEES EVERYWHERE HE GOES. IF YOU KNOW YOU KNOW!

I still remember him as the villain in New Police Story. What a movie that was.
He's a really chill guy, super nice and has a sick car collection. I recently got to see his new Nissan z
Thanks Daniel and China Mac for standing up for our Asian community. Asian brothers and sisters needed to stick together as one.
