What kind of dog was lucy in the small division?
How old do u have to be to get in to suff like this because my dog can do that kind of stuff and im only 11

I love it when they encourage and hug the dog even after a bad run. It looks so bad when they just walk away lol
ooXChrissieXoo but the thing is they have to get out of the ring as quickly as possible to keep things running smoothly, and if the dog got excited and decided to go over a jump again they’d then be eliminated for doing the wrong course. so the dogs get plenty of praise and love once they’re out of the ring, just the handler’s want to focus on getting them out of the ring at the end of the run.
I do too. Some of these owners just stomp off and don’t even acknowledge the effort. I don’t care what anyone says, dogs can get their feelings hurt. I’ve seen the demeanor of a dog that feels like they have failed. No matter how fast they have to get off of the field, they deserve a scratch on the head.

I mean, how is the dog supposed to know if it did badly or well? It doesn't know how the other dogs did, doesn't know where it got the penalty (except that one dog that jumped the seesaw and had to go back). While training, of course you have to give them feedback, but in competition you can't give them feedback and you can't try again, the only lessons for the dogs to learn are to do their best, and that competitions are fun.

My absolute favorites runs to watch are the little fluffy dogs and the dogs that launch into their humans arms after, regardless of size. The bind they have with the dogs is really just incredible.

Hello, I have two beautiful loyal, calm and friendly male and female dogs ( Papillon) brown & white, and black and white. I love them so much but I'm willing to give them away to a friendly person because I just got a job which is supposed to be a 12 hour job in Ireland and might not have as much time as needed to be able to take care of them over there. Let me know if you wanna see them and of course, I'm not gonna sell for any price, I just need someone to care for them like I would.

That is not correct greyhounds & whippets are fastest but... not trainable lmao
greyhounds arent actually recommended for agility because they cannot take sharp turns, so their time gets slowed down
These owners never even pick up the dog after a bad round.. they just exit and walk away.. them dogs have done their best and deserve a bit of an embrace
I just hope they don't take out their frustrations on the dog, because the dog doesn't care about winning, it's just happy to be having fun. I don't think they would though. I feel like these people really love their dogs.
They have to leave the arena to not get penalized I think and some dogs might be wanting to play so they're afraid the dog gets too exited and runs away. The trainers try to leave as soon as possible.
Dogs trained so well and being abused just don't go hand in hand.
This is exactly what i thought. This is like hajdkfkfkf i mean the dogs work sooooo hard. At least praide them when they did their best😒

Its a shame that there are some bad sports among the owners, because it's so much fun to watch the dogs having the time of their lives. The very first poodle had me in absolute hysterics.

I stumbled across this video, im no dog lover really, but i tell you what it had me in stiches, especially the small dog round, with them yapping away. I actually found it quite emotional too. Easily the best 45 min of video ive seen this year. i will be back. heh

Thanks for showing this. The Shetland Sheepdog at 8.30 was absolutely amazing. I love how they so enjoy themselves but it amazes me how they can negotiate their way around the course so well. Thanks.

Ahh, this is just like the Olympics, except with cute dogs running around! Warms my heart knowing that there's stuff like this around, so dogs can have a fun time.

My love for this grew more and more every second of the video!! The dogs are so adorable and did an amazing job! The owners really know what they’re doing. My dog only knows sit and lie down, me teaching him to lay down. My other dog only knowing sit but he’s only a puppy and does some cool little things all by himself.

A year ago I started agility with my beagle Reuben and we’ve got weaving, jumping/hoop/long jump and tunnel where gonna work on the dog walk and a frame and see saw!
I can’t even walk my dog without a lead.

That little Jack Russell collie mix was such a little clown! I loved him! Just like my baby he’s a jack Russell mix too and he’s such a little goofball.. I used to watch Wishbone religiously as a kid and always asked my parents for a wishbone. Of course they would say NO!. And now that I finally have my wishbone I love him to pieces... I cant spoil him any more.. he’s funny, loving, and just soo sweet... he wins everyone over when they first meet him..

I can't wait until I can finally get my own dog! Still need to finish University, find a job and buy my own house tho 😅 our family dog died last year and my parents don't want a new one but that's fine, it's worth the wait ^^ Watching these dogs makes me so happy!
The jack Russel had all four paws in the target zone of the teeter, but the teeter was slow to come down. The dog should not be penalized for great agility. That should not be a fault in my opinion. It's different from a dog that jumps over the target zone.

Didn't know border collies could get the same coats as Australian shepherds (red, tri-colour and such). But I am not surprised they're among the fastest. 😊

Which one? Like half of the dogs competing were borders. I really liked the ones who had the laying down herding stance with the staring concentration before they got the command to take off. It's so cute how they excitedly inch themselves forward while laying down
