8:08 theres another explanation why this happens since the thruster was placed a bit under helicopter below middle since it isnt in middle it will thrust up depend where you place the thruster and how many your using The best way to fix this is put the thrusters near the propeller which is on side top of aircraft until you dont make it where it gets hit by propeller and stuff

@@Aerospace911 im gonna try to learn abit more on non-coax (single rotor) before i do, just to make sure i pass down the most helpful and accurate information possible
@@Aerospace911 one way to make single rotor heis is too make the rotor fake and not actuallly produce lift. You instead use propellers on the inside to lift it. The balance isnt perfect but it works great for medium sized helis.
16:22 I actually thought of using control surfaces a loooong time ago to fix the drifting, but I didn’t like it when I’m using a turret. I actually changed the speed a tiny bit for one of the motors in the rotor so it can fly straight. but now, i have to tilt the blades in a certain angle so it doesn’t roll in any direction. And it really depends how fast you are going too.
2:36 no, 1 block equals 0.28 of density, you can see it with a homemade scale, if you place a unpowered normal motor and place in one side of the scale, one block, and the other one ballast block with 0.28 density it will balance, instead if you place the ballast block with 1 density, the scale will turn to the side of the ballast block

Thank you! this helped a lot :) I made a nice AH-64 apache heli by using sketch fab as a reference and using this video to help with controls and such like rotors
I do use a different Helicopter building technic. This technic is tought by one of my friends to me, the helicopter is helium balanced and the Heli rotor doesn't generate lift, you only use it to stabilize your flight path and generating up or down lift, (I mostly use it up and stabilizing) the rotor blades isn't on toggle, and if your asking me this is for more experienced Heli builders like him
I like your videos because unlike other TH-camrs, we actually learn something from this. Also, instead of getting straight to the point, you actually teach us some stuff beforehand. Keep up the amazing work!
"Ur Poor" --- LOL. Thanks for the thorough explanation and useful education. I'm always happy to find a Roblox video that doesn't look like it was made by a 7 year old. (insert fart noise, insert bad grammar, insert super loud annoying meme noises, I've learned nothing)

i wish they would release a video discussing all the common errors and mistakes when building helicopters (coax and non-coax) and how to fix them, this is still an amazing video.
Thats sorta what these videos are for, as a lot of the mistakes can be bypassed simply by following the directions in the video. But at the same time, one of the most common (and often unfixable mistakes) is people just completely quitting after it doesnt work. Either that or trying only 1 or 2 things and then giving up. Making really efficient, detailed, and effective vehicles each require the drive and willingness to fail, attempt after attempt, and learn from each of them on what works, and what doesnt.
Great guide, although i have a problem with the propeller blade rudders. when i press z or x it always turns to the right of my heli. any idea on how ti fix that?

@@realFireyOblivion I have a problem that I can't make helicopter wings and i want to do with two propellers and i don't know how to do it, can you help me?
My helicopter flies well, but after a while of flight it starts violently shaking left and right (vertically tilting) and I have no idea how to fix this
i made a helicoptor frame and added the rigid lift propellor to it and it tilts forward and backwards even with ballast blocks and after a tilt or two it spins out of control in one axis
Ive seen this issue many times, it could be that your blades are not long enough. Make sure your blades atleast pass the nose (front) of the helicopter, it can cause this sort of rocking instability. Once you do that, then try balancing it with helium and/or ballasts.
hey Firey do you know how to fix this problem of mine because ok I have heli and when I don't move it stabilize but when I freeflight it litereally moves in a left downward move
