    Hi friends, thanks for the continued support!
    People often ask how they can help me with my work, but can't commit to a Patreon subscription. Watching and sharing my videos is more than enough of a contribution, however if you are someone who would like to help fund one of my 'free' clean up jobs without signing up to anything, I now have a 'Buy Me a Coffee' page. You can donate $5 or more if this is something which interests you :) www.buymeacoffee.com/bladematelL
    Kind regards
    Sean

      If a number isn't in my contact cell list, I don't answer and later check the number with scam shield on my cell. Then I report the number as scam/fraud and block the number. Eventually the scam calls stop since I block ALL numbers from unknown callers. A 75 year old friend of mine got scammed by a Microsoft scam two years ago, from a pop up with sirens blaring, saying her computer was infected. Unfortunately she didn't listen to me when I told her it was a scam, called the 800 number on the page and she lost a few thousand dollars from her retirement account and when she called her bank it was too late, they couldn't stop her payment as it went through right away with no waiting.

You are a phenomenal young man. Thank you for your generous heart & tenacious determination to undertake such a daunting task. I might add , many YT yard men are now doing pro bono/ community yards vids , too. Thank you for setting a shining example of civic duty. So many thoughts and questions were going through my head while I watched this video. I hope I can remember them all! 1. You remind me of the cartoon character, the Tasmanian Devil, when you speed up your videos. 2. Do you think the large bushes will flourish again? 3. Was the entire tree toward the back dead or was there one surviving portion? 4. Did the neighbor say ANYthing to you while she hung out her clothes on the clothesline? 5. Your mower is like a mini-bushhog! 6. Has the homeowner given you any feedback as to his feelings about the clearing? 7. This yard must have been a beauty in its prime. I can't imagine the hours the couple spent landscaping it. 8. That old fence is going to blow over the first time there's a gust of wind....now that the supporting vines have been removed. 9. I can't imagine how many trips you made to your truck/trailer to clear all of the cuttings. 10. I SO hope you'll return to the site in a month or so and give us a tour of what's growing now that the smothering vines have been removed. 11. I SO hope a person or people keep the yard maintained now so it doesn't grow back to the mess you found it in. 12. Can't wait to watch Part 4!!!!!

    • @davidwilles8577
      @davidwilles8577 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@grandmasgarden9142 I think the fence cost is split between the two parties, and I doubt the owner of this property could afford to go halves in replacing the fence if he can't already afford to keep his garden in check. If the neighbour wants to cover the cost then they can but if it was me I would wait until the place is sold in the future so the new owner can help with the cost. If the place is sold it will probably be demolished anyhow so the new owner may just put up the new fence as part of their expenses.

    • @angelabyrne154
      @angelabyrne154 3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Yeah, it’s a 50/50 split in Australia, unless your neighbour can’t afford it or can’t agree with the choice of fence. In which case, you just put the fence of your choice inside the fence line on your property (by back fence is like this)
