Great job 👏 👍
Thank you so much for sharing this gem with us Sean. Your client must be overjoyed with the results and relieved to know you will there in the future. Regards to you, Claire and family ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
What an astounding transformation!! You can even see the pretty river out the back part of the property. Truly amazing what some hard work and some expertise can accomplish.
Yep, great job. But that’s not the river, it’s farmland there on the flood plain just with some temporary surface water after recent rain. The river isn’t far from there, but you can’t see it from that street.
Sean, loved, loved, loved it. I’m so happy you kept the ending music! It wouldn’t be a BladeMate without it. 😊 GREAT JOB, AS ALWAYS! I couldn’t believe you found steps.😀 This property is really unique. They need to power wash those steps out back, very slippery. It’s so nice to see you, missed you. Take care. When you’re here, I’ll be here.💚
I’m a cleaning and lawn care addict just like you. I wish you and everyone happiness and peace, and I’m looking forward to part 3!
As ever, satisfying and meticulous. From howling jungle to usable yard with a great mix of sunny and shaded areas. Well done and take care, Sean.
Sean, you need to trum and cut back 70% of those tree and bush limbs.... time to buy a chipper to add to your arsenal of TOOLS... this yard is incrediblely DAUNTUNG in size and scope...golly day. You sir are a flipping tough man
Now that’s a transformation and reveal if I ever saw one. What a view you gave this homeowner. Absolutely beautiful Sean. You’re one hard working man. Thank you for great content ❤️👍🏼🇺🇸
Amazing outcome, Sean! The yard has an almost European feel with the view of the water. I hope the owner will enjoy their backyard now. Picnics and evening drinks at the end of the property should be amazing.❤
That was quite the transformation! Well done
Be well and stay safe
I would give real money to have those ferns in my garden. Can’t really do that where I live in the US (Utah).
I lived in an apartment in Helper...it was an easy bake oven 😳😊
Very nice job. I'm glad you're going to be able to help keep this place up. It looks amazing. I just love the front porch. I hope the owner gets out and enjoys the beautiful job you have done. Loved the video.
Terrific job, and a really nice, pretty property! I don’t think I have ever seen, on any channel, an Australian home with less fencing than this one. Minimalist to the max on two sides. 💕🇨🇦
Cant believe it is the same place, open, airy and tidy. Thank you for a fantastic job done, I think the owner is thankful. God bless
Fabulously done Sean! Looks amazing thank you so much for helping this family and for maintaining it too! 😊
I always love when the song comes on at the end!! Your editing is on point which is why I love watching your videos!! Those stairs in the middle of the yard were so random. What was that beside them?
thanks! I think it was an old standing flower box
The outro music is very inspiring. Makes me want to run up and down the street waving the national flag!
@@susandemetry7158 "1812 Ouverture" by Tchaikovsky, if you didn't already know. 🙂
I love the walkway to the clothesline
Wow, what a beautiful property, even still has the old out house standing. Awesome job Sean
What a wonderful transformation! It is always a treat to watch your videos! Great job!
Couldn't tell how big their yard was until you finished. Wow!
Great job Sean and helper! 💪 The garden looks fantastic now, I got a bit worried when you went down that hill but the mighty scag proved the only thing that stops it is a sopping wet lawn 😁
Hi Sean we are watching part 2 from Scotland. This was a huge garden you had to tackle! Well done a great transformation 😊
Oooh I like the special effects on the steps! Magically delicious. U r my fav. Blade mate
Amazing! You are the very first lawn care guy that I was introduced to and you're still my favorite! You take such great care of other people's lawns and your consistency shows! ❤❤❤
What a beautiful piece of property….now! TY for helping them out and bringing their yard back to life!
OH BOY What a FABULOUS transformation Sean 😇 and helper 👍🏻💯 Nice wee bit of up hill and down dale mowing, but for me is when you revealed those stairs, and path👀
Loving the music with the 🪕 and the before and after music 🥰
Have a wonderful weekend Sean and family ❤
Notification set. After watching #1, this will be a treat for us. See you later Sean 😀👍
Great job you and your mate amazing work you do! That tree you didn't know what it was in that back corner is a Mulberry bush ( was I should say) 😂. Don't worry they usually grow back or you can propagate them just from a hard wood cutting.
I kept on thinking you'd stumble across a snake, especially around that tiny shed, not only have you done the homeowner a good service but the neighbours and people walking along that track around the lake (or river). That was definitely snake territory.
Went from a weed filled jungle to a beautiful parkland
I really enjoyed watching this yard become beautiful at your hands. Great video! ❤
part 2 turned out amazing. looking forward to next video. Enjoy your day 😉
Great job🎉 I think the back steps could use a power wash & chemical treatment to prevent the moss.
Wonderful job, great backyard 😊
Gave them back waterfront views, nice work.
love all the hard work you do!!! could you please bring back Queen Victoria for your next yard i miss her LOL!!
You never disappoint, sir! What a job, even some nidden gems to find. Fabulous result. Can see a beautiful afternoon tea on the lawn. Take care & happy Sunday
What a difference you have made, Sean. You and your mate earned your places at the table. Water featured in the distance now visible. Bless you, menand your yardwork (sic) mowchines.❤🎉😊
Interesting you managed a double-cut on a slope. Glad you will be handling some upkeep as time goes on. 6:22 we get glimpse of how much view and space is getting recovered. That was quite a bit of branches but you did a nice job of packing it. The back step area looked much better. 24:33, what a long view of the back yard now, and also we know it now extends down to a water area. 29:26, you two definitely earned the victory music. That is now a pleasant yard.
Well done🎉 I'm sure you both enhanced the homeowners' life. Thank-you ❤
Such a pretty property. I'm glad you will be maintaining in the future.
Excelente trabalho Sean!!!!!
Grande abraço do Brasil!🇧🇷🇦🇺❤
WOW, what a difference!! Amazing work, Sean! 😊👍
Not that's what I call epic! Job well done, what a beautiful transformation
You never disappoint when you clean up a yard.

Fabulous cinematic finale with the revealing of the concrete steps. Bravo ! ❤
beautiful job Sean just wonderful 🎉
Another beautiful work as always, congratulations for this finished work, I think your equipment and tools are very cool and today after watching your video I read on your cap the Valley store and I really liked the equipment there (google translator) 👍🏻👍🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷 on the other side of the planet 😂😂👍🏻👍🏻💪🏻💪🏻.
G’day Sean and greetings from Melbourne. What another amazing job you did! It is hard to believe it is the same backyard. You really get your money’s worth out of the whipper snipper, don’t you? I am sure the homeowner is ecstatic and so glad that you are going to continue to maintain the property. My yard is in a similar state and you give me hope that one day it will be restored to some order. Take care and I look forward to your next video. 😘💕 PS: I forgot to mention, seeing that Besser brick incinerator brought back memories of one we had in our backyard.
So glad you are making videos again. This 2-part series was a great one 😊 thank you for sharing and also for donating some proceeds to charity. Definitely one of, if not the, very best landscaper guys on YT!
Beautiful job, Sean and friend!
Pretty big yard. Thanks!
Speaking of critters, are there any 4 legged ones with tails and snouts in all that marsh behind this property.nice finish, accomplished a lot.maybe in the future whole place could get a maintenance program set up to maintain it.great job, great video.just keep on doing your thing and be safe.your looking good by the way, hope everyone is working out for you.kudos.your the man Sean.😎😎😎👍👍👍
Great job Sean! That yard was a forest, you really opened it up. Those steps with the moss on them look so much nicer and safer.
Sean, you worked your magic again. It looks fab.❤❤
Hi Seán Part one looked Brilliant part 2 looking good love your work Seán from Ireland
An immaculate job tearing down the refuse and clearing and cleaning up that site!
Did you encounter any of the brown or black snakes you mentioned were venomous and dangerous?
You and your helper are human angels to folk who's having a tough time of it for whatever reason!
THANK YOU!!
Watching you from a long ways away in the State of Minnesota U.S.A. 👌👍🤗😎
The 2 breeds of snakes mentioned are venomous. My cousin was walking up their back stairs one day and put his hand on brown snake on the rail. He flew up the stairs so fast but didn't get bit, thank goodness. I don't hear many stories of snake attacks in our suburbs atm.
@@jeanwoodhouse8899 I was told by a native Aussie that the brown snake is common. Where I am the garter or garden snake is harmless. Further down to the southern part of our State there are random reports of rattlers, which warn by their rattler.
These have venom. We have states with much warmer climates year round that are host to a wide variety of snakes, spiders and lizards, some of them venomous.
bravo brilliant work it looks amazing
You are my favorite person to watch on TH-cam. Thank you for your service!
Hello mate love your videos😅😊❤
Kolay gelsin hayırlı işler selam olsun 🇹🇷🇹🇷🇹🇷🇹🇷 TR turkey 🏖️🏝️🍄
WOW! What an improvement!!
Beautiful transformation!
Absolutely amazing job Sean!!
Fantastic transformation
Looks great, not trying to tell how to do your job but I still think it needs power washing. Just my thought, love watching your work be safe.
Great suggestion!
Wonderful transformation! I especially liked the hidden steps with the stump and the removal of the moss on the steps and landing.
Thank you! Cheers!
Such a lovely place!
Like the new transition effect on the before and after
Wow What a Nice yard !! Great job🌴🐊🍊
What a great video! That place was just wonderful! Thank you for cleaning it up so well!❤❤❤
Amazing transformation… great work.
Another amazing job! Thanks to TH-cam's lousy notification system, I only got to see the last few minutes of the live, and that was by chance. It looks like a lovely home and yard. I've always wanted to visit Australia. It looks beautiful but the more I learn about the wildlife, it seem the less my desire is to go. I am petrified of snakes but your spiders are horrifying as well. I saw a picture of the huntsman spider and a spider wasp. I think I'll just stay home.
Amazing!! It must be a huge relief for them to have their lawn under control again. I wish I lived in your area I would bring my pressure washer and take care of their steps and walkway, that stuff on the steps makes it so slippery and dangerous to walk on. God Bless you for all you do to help people in need.
O I was hopi g u would get all those trees cut back. You always pay attn to the details which makes all the difference e.hope you get more videos out soon.
Wow!! Well done mate! What a difference!
Great job ❤
shouldnt you be cutting branches all the way to the trunk instead of leaving such long branches where people could get hurt
You have done a fantastic job on this property looks great Sean 👍
Wow! What a great transformation!
Can't beat the push mower.
Great job on part two and the final part. Keep up the great work. See you on the next video
Sean, you have found it character again, great job you two.
The front is beautiful.
Absolutely brilliant!! 😊
Awesome job! What a backyard! Looks great!
🙌🙌🙌 Excellent job 👏👏👏♥️
Fantastic job as usual ❤
Perfect!!!
👏👏👏💯💯👏👏👏
Nice job nice place
WOW! beautiful job. as always.
Sean, man, you are some kind of Magician with that trimmer…you make things disappear while making others magically reappear like the steps, the brick edging, the water view. And those trees seriously needed a “haircut”… what a delightful, cute property WELL DONE! Lovin ya as always ❤️🇨🇦
Sean that was amazing 👍👍🤩🤩👏👏👏👏👏🌅
Glorious 🇺🇸
What an amazing transformation this backyard was and water views to top it all off. Beautiful !!!! Fantastic job on this property 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
