Sir, first of all you should check in your board that there is no carbon or dust stuck in any IC, if it is stuck then clean it.
Remove the RAM and check if the board has the same problem. If the same problem does not appear, replace the RAM.
And if this problem is coming.
Check the processor for dust or carbon. If there is, clean it very carefully.
The processor pan is not cracked or flattened.
If there is another processor, install it and check.
If none of these are the case, you will have to work on IC. All the ICs have to be checked one by one to see which IC is the problem. There are many possibilities for the board to be dead while the IC is working. If your problem still persists, you may need to replace the board.
